"You have a nice room"
"Yeah thanks" ... she said thank you.. to me. For.the.first.time. TO ME.
"Homework?" I asked.
She nodded. Well, Rosé that im seeing today is quite,, uhm... quiet and soft?
"Want help?" I asked. She moved alittle and created a space besides her, i sat down next to her. There is no space so we are quite close to eachother but i dont mind. Well, i hope she dont.
"What subject is this?"
"Math" ohh i love Math, infact i love every subject! I mean,, i need to. Im living the most of it, of this.
I grabbed the pencil away from her hand and erased her answers.
"What the heck!" She almost yelled,i just looked at her.
"Your answers are so wrong" i replied still staring at her eyes.
I looked back at her notes and the books. And explained it to her how "math" works.
"What is your grade in Math?" She asked. (Oh yeah, its the 2nd quarter so..)
"92, you?" I said, i heared she gulped.
"81" she replied. "Not bad" i said
"It is!" She replied. I looked at her.
"Maybe if you listen to our teacher you will get higher grade, actually im quite surprise about your grade. You always have those things in your ears and managed to get an 81" i said honestly.
"You dont know what this is called?" She said showing me the thing. I nod.
"This are called Earphones, you connect this to your phone and it play sounds only for you to hear" she explained. I was amazed. "Want to try?" She said and i nod again. She connects it to her phone and she put it in my ears. She played some song.
"Woah! This is cool!" I yelled and Rosé took it off. "No need to yell, i can hear you clearly" she said giggling. Cute.
"Where to buy those?" I asked
"You can have mine" she offered.
"Really?! Thank you!" I thanked her and almost. Almost hug her. But she cut me off. Oh yeah, we are not in good terms yet.
"But you need to help me with my assignments" she said. I nodded vigorously. She smirked.
Rosé's POV
What a fool. Just an earphone and my assignments will be solve. That is just a great deal.
I notice she is very happy about that earphones. So Innocent. Suddenly, Guilt rushed into me.
No.. im not guilty.
I didnt notice she finished her talkey talks. "Did you get it, Rosé?" A wide smile appears in her face. I nodded.
After minutes she let me answer it.
"Uhm.. Lisa?" She hummed
"I cant answer this" i lied. I dont wanna think bout this stupid thing
She looked at it and looked at me.
"You havent even tried yet!" Her voice rise up. "Just try it, i'll check if you are finish" her tone suddenly became soft.
Ugh, Plan unsuccessful
Well, lets give this a try.
"There" i said giving her my paper.
She scan it.
"Alright" she said
"Alright?"
"You've done a great job" she said smiling. Her smile is the most geniune.
"I've.. done a great job?" I asked confusedly
"Yes! You got it correct! All of it. See i told you, you just needed to try it" she said smiling. Idk if thats real or fake. I didnt even think about the answer.
Lisa's POV
Im so sorry, Youngbae. For the sin i have committed. I lied to Rosé. I want her to cheer up. I plan on changing the answers later. It was really bad. Her answers were so far from the answers. Its okay, atleast she tried. Thats what matters, right? You tried?
We are done. Im heading back to my room with her notebook hidden underneat my shirt.i almost ran to my room and locked it.
"Time to change answers" i thought and erased all her answers. I managed to copy the way she writes. Hopefully she wont notice her handwriting has changed a little.
Done. I slid the notebook under her door. Hoping she'll think "oh, what a mess, why is my notebook here?.. probably i dropped it last night" hoping.....
I laid down my bed and go to sleep.
