I can't believe it! It's my 14th birthday, I feel so old. We're moving to Canada as a gift from my family and friends. I'm very excited to see my room and the house itself.
The airport is 2 hours away from our house, so we needed to leave early. I brought my luggage and bags to the car and helped with the others. While riding the car I had a ton of thoughts in my head. It was so early, so then I passed out and slept for an hour.
My sister woke me up saying, "We're here sleepy head, let's get our stuff."
"I'm awake." I replied. We took our bags and checked in the airport. After all the procedures, we got in the airplane realising that we had an 8 hour flight.
I took the window seat since, I liked checking the sky and clouds. I watched 2 movies and slept through the rest of the flight. I woke up before landing, because of my noisy sister mumbling and talking to her friends on her phone. We took our bags from the airport and had a 1 hour ride going to our house.
Our neighbourhood was really big and pretty. We unpacked our stuff and waited for our other things to come which is, brought by a truck. While waiting I asked my mom if I could say 'hi' to the people next door. I went to a house with a boy standing by his family's garden.

I greeted him saying, "Hi! I'm new in the neighborhood and have just moved in."
Replying, he said "Oh, hi! Welcome to our neighborhood, I am sure that you would like it here. My name is Finn- Wolfhard."
"Sorry to 'not' introduce myself, my name is Y/N L/N." saying, nervously.
"Don't worry about it." he said, smiling. "Let me introduce you to my brother, he's just chilling there."

"Y/N, this is my brother, Nick; Nick, this our new neighbor, Y/N." Finn introduced me to his brother, which is really nice! I thought that we might get a long really well.
After talking for a while, I went back home. My mom asked me about what happened and I told her everything. She told me that she also went there while I was talking to the boys. *I guess I was too distracted to not notice her.
