That girl

Party time!

Some of the riverdale high teens were throwing a party, they bought of it as the last party before the north was ruined by the south. Two students didn't like to think of it like that though. These students were Betty Cooper and Cheryl Blossom. Betty didn't like to think that she was against the south side. She cared for everyone and believed they deserved the same treatment as northsiders. Cheryl Blossom just thought of it as a party and didn't really care why. Although she hid it well, Cheryl was nervous about the southsiders joining riverdale high. She was nervous about pretty much everything, new people, rumours, truths, but mainly she was nervous about one person in particular. 

All of a sudden, music started playing. Josie began to sing, val played the keyboard and Melody, the drums. Betty looked around hoping to see Veronica or Archie but instead she saw Cheryl. She decided to walk over but Cheryl quickly realised, rolled her eyes and turned away. Betty soon lost Cheryl and walked to go get a drink. She then spotted Kevin walking out from behind a curtain. There was still someone behind there though and Betty smiled and shook her head. 

Betty: Hey Kev!

Kevin: Hey, have you seen Cheryl?

Betty: I did a second ago but she disappeared. Why are you looking for Cheryl?

Kevin: Someone asked me to give her a message

Betty: What message?

Kevin: It's from some guy named Sweet Pea

Betty: A serpent? What do the serpents want with Cheryl?

Kevin: It was about someone joining riverdale high tomorrow. Apparently they made a request for someone other than you to show them around school. They assigned her to Cheryl. 

Betty: I'm guessing it's Toni. Me and her didn't exactly get along, as you will remember. 

Kevin: Yeah, Sweet Pea And a few others seem to be teasing Toni about it though. I have no idea why.

Betty: I have a pretty good idea why.

Kevin: Oh there's Cheryl. *shouts* Cheryl!

*Cheryl walks over* What do you want?

Kevin: I have a message for you

Cheryl: From the serpents?

Betty: How'd you know?

Cheryl: a few of the serpents keep talking to me about this Toni girl. I mean, does she even know me. Like at all?

Kevin: How could anyone not know you?

Betty: just be careful Cheryl

Cheryl: Oh I will

*cheryl disappears again*

*a few hours later the party ends and everyone goes home*

Cheryl sits on her bed, studying the note from the serpents. " But why me?" She asks herself.
