"You... what?" Satori had to bite his lower lip to keep himself from bursting into laughter. From his voice, he were able to hear that Wakatoshi was completely serious. "I locked myself in the gym's storeroom." the dark haired repeated. "Now, could you please be so nice to come here and get me out of it?" Wakatoshi's eyes narrowed when he heard Satori screaming in laughter on the other side of the phone. He took a deep breath, remaining himself calm while waiting for Satori to stop laughing.
"Satori..."
"I-I'm sorry, I'll come over. Don't run away!" Satori giggled before ending the call while Wakatoshi sighed and smacked the free hand onto his forehead. While waiting for his friend to get him out of his cage, Wakatoshi started playing with a volleyball, spiking it against the wall and catching it again. It got pretty loud through his strength but he was sure that nobody was around anyway, so nobody would care. He shruged as he heard a slamming sound from the door and the ball almost hit his face. "Wakkuuun, don't be so loud, you're scaring the walls!" Well, Wakatoshi didn't expect anything else from Satori when he arrives, but couldn't he be at least a little more kind? It was bad enough he had to be in this little room for so long.
"Thank you for coming." Wakatoshi replied calm as he put the ball away. "Now please open the door. The keys should be still in the keyhole."
Nothing happened. Not even a word from Satori. One of Wakatoshi's eyebrows raised as he got closer to the door and heard a slight giggle. "Well, Wakatoshi-Kun..." the redhead started. "How about you tell me how you managed to lock yourself in there first?" Sadly, Wakatoshi knew Satori too well and he knew, he wouldn't let him out if he didn't tell him at least something. "I don't really know." Wakatoshi tried to get rid of the topic, but of course Satori wouldn't be satisfied with that answer. "But 'Toshiiii..." he teased his friend. "If you don't tell me I might do something wrong when I open the door? Maybe you broke it?"
"Tendou..." Satori shivered for a moment. He knew it wasn't a good sign when Wakatoshi called him by his last name. But hey, what did he think would happen if he called Tendou Satori for help? They were close friends so Wakatoshi should have known what'd happen.
"Fine, fine." the older boy finally said, still not opening the door thought. "But you sound so mad, I don't want you to kill me when I open the doo-" He made the mistake of leaning himself on the door handle, which caused the door to finally open. Satori lost his balance and fell on his knees, right in front of an angry Ushijima. Slowly, he raised his head to look up to him, staring at two dark glowing eyes.
"Ahah... Wakatoshi-Kun... you wouldn't hurt your best friend, now would you?" For a moment, non of the two moved. "Wakatoshi..?" When the taller boy set one step in the direction of the red haired, he jumped back on his feet and ran straight into the gym. "Wakatoshiiiii!" he screamed while running away, still not being able to stop grinning since he was pretty sure that Wakatoshi still wouldn't hurt him. Even though he was strong, pretty cruel with his spikes in games and sometimes overprotective, he would never harm his friends intentionally. The grin on Satori's face whitened as he heard Wakatoshi's fast and strong steps only a few behind his own. "Come here, you!" the dark haired shouted, Satori heard the grinning in his friend's voice.
"But Wakatoshi, you love me, you know you love me, don't be mean!" he replied as clear as possible while running as fast as he could. Satori had the ability to run pretty fast, but not for a long time. He knew he would get slower and then Wakatoshi would catch up easily to him. But something stopped him sooner. A soft, pretty sound.
Wakatoshi laughed and Satori's heart seemed to skip a beat as he heard it. Without thinking, he just stopped running enchanted from his friend's pretty laugh, but that friend was too close and fast to stop soon enough and ran Satori over. Satori gasped as his tall and heavy friend landed on him.
"Ahhh, Wakatoshi-Kun! When I said that you know you love me I didn't meant that you need to be so wild!" he giggled while gasping for air. Wakatoshi chuckled while catching his breath again, shoring up over Satori and looking down to him. For a moment both of them just tried to catch their breath again while looking at each other with a slight smile.
"Why did you stop?" Wakatoshi asked after a few seconds of silence. Satori smiled. "Dunno." he murmured as he reached his hand up to Wakatoshi's hair, gently stroking through it. "Your laugh is really pretty. I hear it so less that it shocked me for a moment."
Wakatoshi seemed a little confused over his friend's words. "But Satori..." he began, calm voiced as always. "You make me laugh a lot."
Satori blinked, turning slightly red before making his usually shit-eating grin. "Nah. I don't hear it very often." Then Wakatoshi started smiling.
"Well, then maybe I should get locked in the storeroom more often."
