Oh good. Diana was the first to show. She was my only living friend and if I made small talk with her before the others came then I wouldn't look like some crazy teen like I sometimes do. Sometimes I'll be sitting here and talking with one of my ghost friends and the parents will look at me funny. The children, though, don't care. They think I'm talking to my friend. They can see the ghost because children have such wild imaginations that it is not weird for a ghost to be real and nice. If fact many children have made friends with ghosts but their parents teach and persuade them that ghosts don't exist.
I still see them because when I was little my mom and dad were about to get their divorce and were too busy yelling at each other than to teach me silly stuff that other kids learn. Now people still try to tell me that ghosts don't exist but they will always exist to me because I grew out of the impressionable phase a long time ago and had never let go of my fantasy of ghosts.
Mom doesn't get that logic and thinks I'm crazy but, like an idiot, I still try to persuade my case.
Anyway, Diana's here and I think I see the others close behind her.
