            For once after years of pain induced sleep I went to bed and woke up without pain being the first or last thing I felt. It was a welcoming feeling, stretching out tender and bruised muscles and hearing cracks from long time tensed joints sent a feeling of relief down my body.

Today is Friday and for once I'm not scared to make a noise and I'm not slipping out way earlier then I need to be, this is nice. I made my way to my bathroom and filled up my tub, after stripping out of my dirty clothes I carefully climbed into the hot water. My body relaxed instantly as soon as I was submerged in the heat, my mind already getting foggy from the relaxation.

       When I was finished, dried and clothed I walked out the door, a little excited to walk to school with Oga like we used to. When I caught up to him he seemed surprised that I showed up, I feel a little bad for having to ditch him all the time. As we walked he was complaining about his sister, Hilda and baby Beel. I found myself smiling softly at the feeling of safety that I felt around him, strange right? Feeling safe around the Ogre?

'It's quiet' I look over next to me to accidentally lock eyes with him, quickly my eyes focused on the bridge of his nose so it looked like I was making eye contacted. "Something wrong?" I ask a little worried, he glared a bit at me "you were ignoring me, also" he grabbed baby Beel off his shoulder and shoved him into my arms. Startled I almost dropped him, but luckily I wrapped my arms around him to secure him agents me. "Now you can't ditch me" he said with a satisfied grin, I pouted at his reasoning.

True to his word, he wouldn't take Beel back and he seemed to be satisfied that when others tried to talk to me, he would start to walk away making me have to follow. Sitting in my last class, baby Beel still in my arms and relaxed as I rubbed his back and played with his hair.
I looked over at the sound of talking that was next to me seeing some guy try and talk to Oga, raising an eyebrow I glanced down at Beel who gave me the same look.

          Shaking my head I went back to my thoughts until Natsume broke me out of my thoughts "hmm?" All he did was smile a sweet smile at me making me smile a bit back. "I asked if you wanted to go to a party" "I don't know" I glanced at Oga "don't worry he already got asked. So will you? You don't have to you know" His smile never leaving. Making the safe feeling I felt this morning return, I nodded my answer making him grin. "Wonderful I'll see you later".

         The bell rang, I gathered all my things and started making my way home. As we came to the fork in the road, I hand Beel back and went home 'strange he didn't say anything about the party, normally he would tell me we're going to a party and I had no say. So what's up? Most likely he forgot' the first thing I did was drop down onto the couch and closed my eyes planing on taking a short nap before the party.
'Why do I feel like something bad is going to happen?' Pushing that thought to the side to worry about later.
