Perfect on the outside, broken to bits on the inside.
At first I said, "I can't love you." From the moment we met, I knew that I shouldn't love you. But who knew that you would turn my cold world upside down, turn the negatives to positives, patch t...

When Jisoo got home, she went up to her room and took a quick shower. By the time she came out, there was a fresh new outfit ready on her bed (above). She smiled at the small note on the blazer.
'Hwaiting, Jisoo-ah!" It said. Jisoo took the note and put it in her drawer of precious things, including a photo of her family, a necklace given to her by her mother, and a brooch from the US given to her by Yoonji. Jisoo put the clothes on and observed herself in the mirror.
'I look pretty damn good,' she thought. It was 7 by the time she finished and she traded her earbuds for her headphones. She packed an extra set of clothes (below) in her bag in case she had to do any physical activities at school.

She went downstairs, where she was greeted by the smell of eggs and vegetables. Jisoo looked at the dining table and was shocked to see a feast prepared for her. There was a bowl of rice surrounded by a vegetable omelette, tofu, coleslaw, and kimchi.
"What are you talking about, dear? This is a normal Korean breakfast," aunt Mina said. "Dig in! It's a big day!" Jisoo was instantly at the table, devouring all of the food in front of her. She had finished everything on the table in 10 minutes.
"Auntie I'm going now! See you after school," Jisoo called out as she put her shoes on.
"Do you want me to go with you sweetheart?" Aunt Mina called out.
"No, I'll be fine! Uncle Seonjin showed me how to get to school yesterday," Jisoo called out.
"Alright, have a great day!" Aunt Mina yelled, and Jisoo was up and out of the house. She had memorized the path to her new school, and was humming to the tune of BTS's new song, "Pied Piper." Namjoon had shown her the band's new album, which she instantly loved. She bought the songs from the play store right after hearing the first phrase of Serendipity, which earned her some cool points in Namjoon's book. For the rest of their time together, she had the new songs playing in the sole earbud in her ear, stopping conversation when a part she liked came on. Now, with headphones, the whole experience was amplified to the max, and she loved every second of it. As she was jamming out on her own, she bumped into another person in front of her.
