LOVE: Battle, Risks, and Growing Up

Chapter 1

IT WAS FRIDAY afternoon, when Airen was walking from flower shop when she was recognizing a jeepney that is fully loaded that had stopped by the plaza. She knew it was the jeepney from their sitio but she ignored it and continued walking to their apartment. After a few minutes, her phone vibrated and it was the driver of the jeepney who is calling,

"Hello! Is this you Airen? Have you closed your shop already? If yes please hurry up here at the plaza, Aunt Chiki is looking for you and have something to say."

She sighed and answered, "Ok! Coming!."

As she arrived at the plaza, she saw Aunt Chiki was approaching saying

"Hey Airen, we only planned last week and we can't find someone who will come with us to assist us because your manong Jeff is going to marry the next day. No one will arrange the flowers and fix their background. Can you please come with us?".

Airen was shocked and quickly asked "Where will the wedding will be held?"

and Aunt Chiki answered "Somewhere in Benguet and we need to travel today, I know it's too far from here but it was your manong Jeff's fiancé live",

and as Airen heard the place "somewhere in Benguet" she felt excited because she haven't went to that place and have the opportunity to refresh her mind after a harsh break up that's why she hurried up to their apartment and started packing up her things.

On their way to Benguet, she was not comfortable not because of the long ride but because she feel too much excited that she may pee on her seat. She was expecting that she will enjoy the place and will meet new people that has different behaviors and norms aside from their province. As she was wondering, she didn't notice that she fell asleep on their way.
