“we are currently here in XXX beach resort in pattaya for our team building. we are going to do various types of activities to enhance social relations and define roles within teams” phana said
“ we soon to be doctors needs to have this kind of team building. Why? It’s because we need to turn a group of individual doctors into a cohesive team. We need to work together interdependently and cooperatively to meet the needs of our patients” beam said
“ of course we have our ground rules, 1) no liquor this is a team building not a vacation, 2) don’t go anywhere without informing us or the teachers 3) no fighting, we are here to build a team and be comfortable with each other 4) no cellphone while doing the activities. You can use your phone to take pictures after the activities. And last you guys need to have fun.” Kit said
