Peep had been searching for a while now. It had been hours since he and his friends went to search for a perfect date for Masayoshi. He was their creator, their boss, and oddly enough, their "dad" so they would want to get him the best of the best.

Let's see, according to Blagdan, one of the qualifications was Masayoshi's should be a girl. Peep had no issue with that. While peeking around a house, the shadow bunny heard something. Or rather, someone.

It sounded like a someone was humming and if he had to be honest, whoever was doing that was doing a good job at sounding sweet. With curiosity peeking out of him, Peep dove into the walls of the house and looked around.

There wasn't any light. Well, there was, but it was from the fire in the kitchen. Curious yet again, he bounced into the room and watched as a girl with (h/c) colored hair worked her way to the oven and pulled out a fresh and steaming batch of cookies.

'She's good at baking cookies! Masayoshi will like her, but would that be enough?'

The shadow rabbit's erect ears quavered slightly. He decided that to know, he had to keep watching.

"Dang blackout, I can't believe I'm baking midnight snacks in the dark..." Peep leaped over a pile of dishes, only to topple over with them. His breath hitched as the girl turned around, her eyes were wide with surprise as she could feel her heart was beating hard.

"Who's there?" She demanded, but anyone could tell that she was afraid by how her voice was shaking. Peep could tell that she was looking warily around, and decided that if he had to bring home someone, he had to test how willing and brave this pretty girl was. Other than Elaine, of course.

"U–um, sorry, it's me." The girl looked around and frowned, she had obviously heard Peep's shy and quiet voice. But she couldn't see him, was her mind playing games on her? She hoped not, she wasn't ready to be admitted into an asylum!

"H-hi? Over here, look at the spot of light granted by the manual oven you have..." The poor, confused possible candidate looked over to the direction directed by the shadow bunny and crouched down. "I must be dreaming... a talking bunny..." Peep laughed.

That was cute, ironically for him, who would also fit in the cute category. "No..." He giggled and continued, "No, you're not dreaming, miss! And there's no talking bunny here, just a talking shadow bunny! Try to eat a biscuit, the pain will 'wake you up' or so to speak." She did as he told and yelped when her delicate fingers touched the dusty but delicious surface of a cookie.

It fell onto the kitchen floor and Peep lunged for it. He had it in his tiny mouth and began to feast on it. He blinked in surprise, yet finished it anyway. "How does that logic even apply?" She questioned yet no one answered.

Who are you anyway?

She mouthed to Peep who cocked his head a little. His ear twitched and he giggled. "Peep, but we gotta get down to business."

‎Deciding this was, in fact, a real thing and it wasn't a dream (the pain proved that), the girl nodded. "(Y/N), and I'm listening."
  ‎
‎Peep had to explain everything from A to Z, luckily, there wasn't much to be explained for. "So, basically, you're selling me off?" She asked. "What? No, selling you is a cruel and selfish method, Masayoshi would condemn to that." Peep shook his little head. Hesitantly, he asked. "So what do you say?"

‎(Y/N) began to think about his offer. This could be it. She had often complained that she was leading a boring life with nothing exciting to look forward to, and this sounded too good to be true. But that was what defined an adventure... right?
