You see Cuphead and his brother, Mugman walking down a path. Cuphead is signing pretty quickly to his brother, probably pestering him about when they'll get to their next debtor. Mugman was clearly annoyed by the older brother's antics
Cuphead was skipping happily, he's so childish compared to his younger brother. He then fell, which got him laughing while Mugman helped him up and Cuphead dusted his shorts off. Soon enough he turned around and saw you, he tapped his brother on the shoulder and pointed to you before waving with his other hand.
Cuphead starts signing rapidly. "Hello, what are you doing here on this side of Inkwell Isle? It doesn't really matter, but it's good to see you!"
