"IT'S CHRISTMAS!"~I hear Logan yell around the house.
"BE QUIET!"~Daniel and I yell back in sync. I hear him laugh as I open my eyes and see him giggling.
"I love you so much."~Daniel says looking at me with his gorgeous blue eyes.
"I do too, but we're out with Ellie and Jonah and we're late."~I say checking the time on my phone. I get out of bed quickly and change into this:

I put my phone and my house keys in my bag before walking downstairs.
"Thanks for looking after Adalyn."~I say kissing Logan's cheek.
"Anything to make you feel better about what Letty's done."~Logan
"Don't remind me."~Morgan
"Love you, sis."~Logan
"Love you too."~I say before Daniel walks downstairs with no shirt on.
"I can't find my favourite hoodie."~Daniel
"Do you really need to wear that?"~I ask grabbing my keys.
"Yes."~Daniel
"It's here."~Logan says passing it to him. He puts on his hoodie as we walk out and get in my car. I quickly drive to where Jonah and Ellie are and see them waiting impatiently for us.
"Sorry! Logan kept us waiting."~I say as they get in. I quickly drive to where we're meant to be, it's a party for adults who have kids/are having kids to learn more about it. We walk inside and I'm giving a glass of champagne, as well as Ellie, J and Danny. Ellie puts it back, as she's pregnant and I do too as I'm allergic and don't want to hurt myself. Daniel shrugs and drinks it and smiles, J does the same. I laugh and sit down in my seat as people start whispering.
"Can you not whisper right in my ear please and thanks?"~Morgan. Daniel put his hand on mine to try and stop me and to calm me down but I push it off and roll my eyes.
~TIME SKIP~
"Where'd Ellie go?"~Jonah
"Her and Daniel went to go get us some food."~Morgan
"Ah right."~He says sitting beside me.
"How are you holding up? After you found out and stuff."~I ask.
"I mean, you did slap me pretty hard but it knocked some sense into me. Thank you."~Jonah
"Well, I just wanted you to be happy, from what it looks Ellie does make you quite happy."~Morgan. The doorbell goes off as he was about to speak if it was Ellie and Daniel they would've walked straight in. I stand up and go to the door, Jonah stood behind me.
"Miss we need you at the hospital."~Officer
"What why?"~Morgan
"You're husband and his friend have been in a car accident, they're in severe condition."~Officer. Both Jonah and I look at each other before nodding. I slip on my shoes and race out with Jonah and get in my car. We drive to the hospital and run inside, almost slipping but catching ourselves.
"Miss, what are you doing running?"~Nurse
"I need to get to my husband."~Morgan. I slow down as I start to cry and see Daniel being taken in on a stretcher. Ellie is behind him and I look at Jonah and see his eyes are watery.
"Miss you can't go in just yet."~Nurse
"No, I need to."~I say trying to follow after them. Jonah pulls me back and shakes my head as we sit and wait.
"That should've been me in that car."~I say and Jonah looks at me straight away.
"No, don't say that."~Jonah
"It's true J! I didn't want to go because I'm a lazy fat shit and Ellie wanted to go instead, it's my fault."~Morgan
"No it's not, whoever crashed into them, it's their fault."~Jonah
"Mrs Seavey and Mr Marais?"~We hear someone say. We turn around and see a nurse as I breathe in.
"You can go see them both now, they're in the same room."~Nurse. I smile before standing up and walking to their room. Jonah follows after me as I hear that terrible, beep, beep, beep. I walk inside and see Daniel sound asleep.
"Luckily, the baby has survived Jonah."~Nurse
"Oh thank the lord."~Jonah. She walks back out and I sit, admiring Daniel. Tears slip from my eyes as I sit back in the chair.
"Are you okay?"~Jonah. I shake my head, not wanting to say anything as the nurse walks back in.
"Morgan, we have a bit of bad news for you."~Nurse. I look up at her and she continues.
"We figured out on the way here, Daniel hit his head pretty hard on the steering wheel, he hasn't got Amnesia, don't worry, but he's most likely going to be in a coma for a few weeks."~Nurse
"Thank you."~I say in barely a whisper as she walks back out.
"I love you, Danny."~Morgan
~TIME SKIP~
"Morgan, are you coming home?"~Jonah
"No, I'm staying here right beside him."~Morgan
"You need to eat."~Jonah. I shake my head and he sighs.
"Can you look after Adalyn until he wakes up? You can bring her here just I don't want her thinking he's dead."~Morgan
"Yeah, of course, stay safe."~Jonah. I nod as he kisses my cheek and then leaves. I put my legs up on the chair and close my eyes, dreaming of pointless things when I want to be right beside Daniel at all times...
