Never Ending Love (P@14 sequel)

Prologue

Itachi woke up in a hospital bed not knowing what was happening or where anyone was. He remembered going into surgery but that was about it.

"How are you feeling Mr. Uchiha?" Said a woman. He didn't know who she was as he didn't remember much. He did remember leaving his love. How Naruto and his little brother who were both in tears about his health. "Naruto" Itachi whispered softly trying to use his voice only to figure out that it didn't work right. "Oh! I'm so sorry Mr. Uchiha! Please don't use your voice just yet! You've been out for a while so you have to get it used to talking again." The last said. "Doctor" he whispered again. "I'll be right back with Lady Tsunade." She spoke again.

"Itachi." Said the hokage as she closed the door behind her as she walked in his room. "Your surgery was successful. Your little brother Sasuke donated his heart to save yours. You were very lucky. Unfortunately you fell into a coma right after and we could do nothing about but wait till you woke up." She said seriously.

Itachi was devastated at hearing this. How little brother died saving him and he left his love to raise their kids alone while he was healing. "Where's Naruto?" Itachi forced out with a raspy voice. Tsunade have him a glass of water which he took and drank greedily.

"He uhmm.... He left the village with most of your children after he going out you were in a coma. I believe that along with Sasuke dieing pushed him over the edge. He ... I've never seen him like that before. Although 5 of your children stayed. Chikako, Dai, Leiko, Fuyu and Jun. Chikako and Dai are now Chunin. Leiko is still training under Sakura to become a medical ninja but she's in the academy still. Fuyu and Jun are genin." Tsunade said again while Itachi too this all in.

"Naruto isn't here?" He said softly staring at his hands. His heart hurt for Naruto. He never wanted to cause him pain but did anyway. It couldn't be helped. "I've rounded up a team ready to depart when you are. Your mission is to find Naruto and bring him home along with your children Itachi." Tsunade said again. "Yes. I'm ready. Give me one hour." Itachi said seriously staring at her. She nodded and walked out.

"Naruto. I'm coming." - Itachi
