Jaebum was disappointed in the younger. Youngjae shouldn't drink, he isn't legally allowed to. And even if he was, Jaebum didn't want his pure innocent Youngjae tainted by alcohol.
He really wasn't one to tell the younger what to do, but it has just his want. His want for Youngjae to stay as pure as he was, his wish for Youngjae to stay as innocent as he is.
And it seems like Youngjae would spiral out of control if someone doesn't get ahold of him soon.
