"beep... beep... beep" you heard the familiar noise of a hospital machine. You felt the wires and the IV attached your arms, You felt the soft material of the hospital gown on your skin, you feel a person's head on your lap and a hand in yours. You open your eyes and see the sweet boy, asleep with messy hair. You squeeze his hand, causing him to awaken. "Oh my god y/n, you're awake!" he said startled. "You had me so fricking worried," he said while getting up to hug you. "I'm sorry you keep having to see me wake up in the hospital" you reply shyly. "Don't be, bad things happen and sometimes we do stupid things" he replied with a small smile. You both looked at each other for a moment before he gently pressed his lips against yours, your lips moving in sync, "I love you so much" he whispered into your ear, "I love you too" you whisper back. "Everyone has been so worried," he said pulling out of the hug and grabbing his phone, "I'll call them to come over," he said getting onto the phone.
Noah: Guess who's awake?
Millie: Y/N!!! Oh my gosh, I'll be there in 15
Noah: Bring everybody!
Millie: Already ahead of you... Finn, Gaten, and Caleb are with me right now.
End of call.
Around 10 minutes later...
"Y/N!" Millie said running up to you and giving you the biggest hug ever. "Hey Mils," you reply back with a big smile...
You and the rest of the cast hung out for a few hours before the officer came in.
Noah's parents, Chloe, and the officer walked into the hospital room after everyone but Noah had left. "You have 2 choices Y/N," the officer said. "One, Noah's family has offered to permanently become your guardians" he continued "Two, We could line up a foster home for you," he said. You looked around at everyone and saw the hope in Noah's eyes that you would pick his family. "I pick.... Noah and his family" you said with an excited tone of your voice. All of the Schnapp's gave you a big hug, Noah's parents went to go fill out paperwork while you sat in the hospital room with Chloe and Noah. "I think we are going to be great friends!" Chloe said hugging you again. "Me too!" you said smiling back. You heard the door open and a doctor walked in, "Good News! we can release you now!" he said as he started to take out all the plugs and the IV in your arm. "Thanks, Doc" you reply as you get up and go change into some decent clothes.
You and Noah walk out of the hospital holding hands and get into the van, "I'm so happy you are ok" he said kissing you on the cheek. 'How do I deserve such a great boyfriend, He is so perfect for me.' you think to yourself as you walk to the car, you sat in the van for a moment before you speak "I love you Noah" you say and go in for a kiss. He kisses back, and you fall asleep on his shoulder.
