(Jade's pov)
Me and mom got ready to defend Elisa and her mother but the male growled like a panther and a light came from him and he was a panther, we were surprised but the woman shot him and he skid on the ground but I got in the way and said, "Leave him alone, human!" She laughed but mom nod and we turned into our angel selves and I used my element control and made wind pick up and scare them the panther male ran off but the woman went after him. Mom used her ability and knocked the two males out with a snap of her fingers, Elisa mother was shocked and bowed but mom frown and said, "Please don't bow we are your friend still, I was sent to act like your family cousin but really I was here protecting the Maza family."
(Elisa's pov)
My mother asked for the truth after Azlin and Jade told her the truth but I couldn't tell her until Azlin felled to her knees and Goliath came out and went to her side, my mother was shocked but I told her they are my friends. She was upset with me but Azlin looked down and said, "Enough Elisa made a promise not to tell anyone about Goliath and the others, I brought Elisa here because she couldn't get to you. Now we must go help that male I sense Magic was on him and the woman." We understood but Goliath helped Azlin but my mother asked, "Azlin if your an angel and Jade were is your husband?" Goliath and Azlin stopped and Azlin cleared her throat and said, "I adopted Jade she was my family friends child but our parents were murdered by a rogue angel. We are half Jade is half Lunar Angel and gargoyle while I am half Lunar and archangel and half gargoyle. And Goliath is my soul mate, and Jade's soul mate is back home." My mother was shocked but we came to a water fall and found the woman but Goliath flew down and grabbed her and she turned into a panther, she scratched him and he dropped her into the river but I saw her get out and run into the forest.
(Azlin's pov)
Goliath landed and Jade healed his wound, but Elisa mother told us we could never find them in the forest but Goliath told her Bronx could track them. I agreed but I turned into my wolf form and picked up there scent and me and Bronx were following there trail.
(Goliath's pov)
We came across a stone arch way but Azlin turned back and said, "They went separate ways me, Goliath, and Elisa's mother will go this way while Elisa, Jade, Angela, and Bronx go the other way." We agreed and went down our path but Mrs. Maza said, "Angela is your daughter then Goliath?" I explained to her Angela is my biological daughter but the clans child, but she asked if Azlin was her mother and we told her no and that Angela mother betrayed us Azlin adopted Angela as her daughter like I have for Jade. She understood but soon we found the two humans I grabbed the woman an her her back while Elisa and Mrs Maza helped the male.
(Jade's pov)
I did not like the atmosphere and started looking around while they explained, my mother saw and said, "Jade what's wrong?" I glared at a building and said, "Dark magic being is here," then we heard a voice and me and mom got in front of every one and turned into our guardian beast forms.
(Angela's pov)
Azlin and Jade roar at the giant spider but it showed fear and said, "Dragons but w-who they died?!" Azlin growled and swat the beast and it flew into a wall and we heard, "For I sense darkness in you and your tricks end now!" And Azlin attacked and the two fought until there was a roar and slowly Azlin came back but she had a gash on her leg and she laid down and Jade turned back to normal and healed her and the two humans thanked us for helping them. Soon Azlin was healed and said, "It is time to go home, I have enough energy to take us back now before sunrise in Manhattan." Elisa understood and we helped on to Azlin and the flash appeared again and we were back at the tower and the guys were happy to see us but asked what happen but Goliath helped Azlin indie to rest.
