How come my mind haven't forgotten her face? Maybe it's because it gives off this alluring and charming aura right from the start when I saw her.
If only someone can give me a chance to know her name.
"Unnie. Can you bring me a little bit there." I asked my sister.
She pushed me gently until we reached my destination. The place near her wheelchair.
I was devastated to know that my right leg is gone but I am more destroyed knowing the she lost her left leg. Knowing that she suffered the same fate as mine. Knowing that I am the reason behind her suffering and grief.
I looked closely on her face. She looks like she's waiting for someone. A friend maybe?
"Yewonie!!" A bubbly girl shouted from afar that caught her attention. The girl waved her hand and she also waved her hand and plastered a shining smile on her face.
I smiled. I see, her name's Yewon. What a lovely name suited for a lovely lady.
The girl hugged her tight and then afterwards pushed her wheelchair away from us.
"That's the girl right?" My sister asked which brought me back to reality.
"Yes. I will never forget her face."
