"Aren't you gonna let me in or would you rather we stand here all night?," Delia asked raising one of her arched eyebrows. "Well, anything to prolong my peace before the dreadful movie that you're gonna put me through, Del. Honestly, this whole graduating thing today has drained me and exhausted me more than I thought it would but sure come in," Elaina sighs while ushering her best friend in the house.

"Seeing as we just graduated our junior years, I thought it'd only be fitting if we had a High School Musical marathon," Delia announces as she plopped onto the couch. "I'd take anything over another one of your romance movie picks," Elaina says letting out a breathe of relief.

"But we're watching A Walk To Remember after that. I'm having a very serious Landon withdrawal. If only fictional characters existed, I could finally date the man of dreams or at least someone close enough,"

"I spoke too soon, Del. You are impossible."

"Well, wait till you see what I brought for you," Delia says while holding up a bag of food. Elaina takes a peek inside and almost died of happiness. Her love for food almost drowned out her hatred for romance movies. Almost being the keyword. It was somewhat bearable. Nothing will ever come between Elaina and her love for fried chicken.

"Alright, fine but only cause you brought me fried chicken." Elaina says in defeat. Meanwhile, it only took a couple minutes for Delia to get everything assembled and they were good to go.

After finishing their High School Musical marathon, it was time for Elaina's impending doom.

"How are you never tired of this movie, dear Del?" Elaina asks her best friend.

"Well, How could you ever get tired of this movie?" Delia questions back to Elaina as she lets out a groan.

Delia

"I am gonna be single and forever alone. Actually scratch that, I would probably die before I'd ever have a boyfriend." Elaina complains again for the thousandth time.

"What did I tell you about exaggeration, Laina?" Delia says having enough of hearing her best friend complaining about her miserable love life.

Gosh, she was the most stubborn person that she had met AND SHE HAS MET A LOT OF PEOPLE. The amount of times she had heard the whole 'I'm gonna be single speech' was uncountable and If she had a dollar for everytime she heard Elaina say that she'd be a freaking billionaire. Elaina is definitely a piece of work. That would have to be the understatement of the century. Hands down. I don't even want to know whats going on in her mind. Just that thought of it is making me shudder. I have a plan though. This summer I'm gonna find Elaina a boyfriend. MARK MY WORDS. Okay well not that extreme BUT I'll atleast make her believe in the something called love.
