I was with Susan and the other orphan kids cooking dinner when Susan's husband came in with only jeans on. Jason looks very mad and rushes past us and grabs ice from the freezer.
"Jason, are you okay?" Susan asks him.
"Far from it, October needs to leave, NOW! I seen someone near our house, she was a hybrid of some sort, she was talking to someone about taking you." Jason says while applying the ice to his arm.
Jason was a werewolf, while Susan was a human, but the moon goddess chose her as his mate, since the first day of being at the orphanage I've learned about many supernatural creatures, I've learned how to defend myself for the day when I would have to leave my "home", I guess today was that day though. I knew it would happen soon, I was after all technically too old to be living at the orphanage. I'm just glad I don't have to pack much.
"Where would I go?" I asked Jason.
"Susan and I have a cabin in the woods, you can stay there for as long as you would like, but I need you to keep yourself isolated if possible, I know its hard to ask you that since you are use to alot of people being in one house."
I nodded and went to my shared bedroom to pack my bag, sadly I didn't have much, only a couple of outfits, a sippy cup, one pacifier, Interview with the Vampire book, and my stuffed Bunny Lestat. Less than 5 minutes later and I was downstairs with my black cat bag on my back and being hugged by the other orphan kids whom I considered siblings.
"We love you October, please be safe and try to stay in the shadows, I promise to come visit you and bring anything the kids will send with me." Jason tells me while hugging a sobbing Susan. I went up to hug Jason and felt Jason slide a key and a piece of paper into my hand, Susan's body shaked against mine as I hugged her next, I kissed her forehead and then walked to the front door of the orphanage.
"I love you guys" I told them, I walked out the orphanage doors and headed to the cabin, I looked at the paper Jason gave me as I walked, it was a picture of the female he seen that wanted to take me away, on the back it said her name was Zara and that she was into Ddlg just like me except she wanted to Mommy me and I didn't want her to, I wanted a daddy.
I finally made it to the cabin after two hours of walking, luckily I made it while it was still light outside so no dangers yet. The cabin itself was small and was right next to a lake. It was gorgeous and I knew me and my stuffie Lestat would love it here.

I opened up the door and was greeted with a kitchen and a ladder leading to a mini bedroom that only had a bed in it, next to the kitchen was a short hallway that led to the bathroom and that was it. I went up the ladder and put my backpack down and decide to check the fridge, it was stocked with up to date foods and the cabinets had canned foods as well. It looks like they kept it stocked well, nothing was spoiled. I found some canned peaches and decided to eat those as a quick dinner. It was only 5 at night but I wasn't hungry much and I was more tired from my two hour walk, I decided to head to the bed area to read a little before I went to sleep.
~4 hours later~
I put my bookmark in my book and put it next to the bed, I checked all the doors and windows of the cabin, as I was heading up the ladder to get into bed I heard a wolf howl, I knew it was Jason checking up on me already to make sure I was fine, I turned on the outside light and then turned it off to signal I was okay. I made it up the ladder and snuggled into bed with my stuffie Lestat in my arms.
