Pokemon Mystery Dungeon

Chapter 1 pt 3

As we walked, somehow, I got less frightened. It felt as I had lived in this village my entire life. It felt natural, walking around this crowd of different Pokémon. 

But as I was walking, time literally stopped. Seriously, I watched  all the Pokémon stop walking mid step and watched in confusion for a few second, then I saw her, Mew. The legendary Pokémon. All I knew to say was "Ummmm... why are you here?"

"I'm here to give you this!" Mew said, giggling.

"What is it." I asked.

"This!" She said as she used one of her weird powers to make a necklace with a heart-shaped charm on it.

"What does it do?" I questioned.

"Well... it raised attack and defense as well as one other thing." She yipped.

"What other thing?" I asked, I was really confused now.

"Oh my time to talk is running out. I need to go. Bye!" She said, and with that, she was gone.

Time went back to normal and Niquest immediately noticed the heart charm.

"What? When did you get that?" She asked.

"Just now. I'll explain." I said 

                                      (A lot of explaining later)

"You know, Mew only confronts one who she deems powerful, special, or of high authority." She yipped.

"Well then, I am not any of those and I don't know what she sees in me." I yipped

"Well... now we really need to get to Alakazam!" She exclaimed.

And with that, we continued through the village.
