-once upon a time there was prince who lived in fear everyday. he stayed in his room for almost all hours of the day. sometimes he feared the people that were in his very own castle, let alone the people outside of it. his parents tried to approach him many times about this matter, but he always shyed away. not a day went by without the prince panicking every time he had to leave the safety of his precious room. luhan, the prince, had an extreme case of social phobia. his anxiety bubbled at even the thought of leaving the castle, but of course he had to sometimes. prince luhan wasn't courageous enough to step a foot outside the castle on his own will. you could call him crazy, or maybe just extremely introverted, but whatever started this phobia was something the young prince was unsure of. it bothered him to no extent of course, but even his parents didn't have the answer.
everyday there was a small and gentle knock on the wooden door that lead to luhans room, but he never dared to open it himself. he just stared wide-eyed at it, curled up on his bed, waiting for the door to reveal the being behind itself. he let his guard down a little after seeing the same emotionless, poker-faced, boy, setting down two white pills that calmed his anxiety down. once the door shut the young prince would move slowly to the door and swallow down the two pills that were placed on the small wooden table. prince luhan eventually got used to this routine after maybe six months, he no longer feared the knock on the door. the emotionless boy no longer made his anxiety shoot through the roof. you could even say he enjoyed the thirty second visit he got.
as time went by, the poker-faced boy, other wise know as sehun, and the prince started to exchange words. sometimes they even had conversations, short ones of course. and prince luhan eventually saw that sehun had more than just an emotionless expression. the prince smiled the next day when he heard the knock, he was pleased to see the same boy again. they became close friends after conversing back and forth everyday for months. he was prince luhan's first friend. one day sehun gathered up the courage and asked the prince why he never left his room, to which the prince answered hesitantly, but truthfully non the less. luhan expected the boy to leave and no longer be friends with him, but sehun stayed and continued to listen to prince luhan's stresses. sehun understood because he wasnt social himself, just obviously not the extent of the prince.
little did prince luhan know that sehun struggled with problems as well, he just never shared them and kept a blank expression. the two boys had opened up to eachother and they stayed close friends for a very long time. (and they all lived happily ever after?)
