DATE NIGHT PART 2

During the ride to the restaurant, Deckard, the little ass had his hand on my thigh the whole time.

Letty was snickering at me while Owen mouthed to me," Someone is getting lucky tonight."

I rolled my eyes and flipped him off. After what felt like hours when it was only ten minutes, we finally arrived.

Owen got out of the limo followed by Letty and then Deckard, but of course he had to be smooth and hold out his arm.

"My lady." Deckard said. I chuckled and wrapped my arm around his.

We walked inside and I was amazed at how beautiful it looked.

Deckard saw my awed look and said," I will take you anywhere and everywhere just to see that look on your face love."

I blushed and smiled. We were led to a table on the top floor of the restaurant.

I turned to Letty and asked," Is this a typical day for you with Owen?"

She laughed softly and said," Pretty much. But don't worry, you'll live." She smirked at my surprised face.

We sat down and ordered our food. Deckard turned to me and asked," While we wait for our food to arrive why don't we get to know each other a little bit more sweetheart?"

I hummed thinking about it, it wouldn't hurt, besides he's actually polite.

I agreed and said," Me first. Do you race?"

Deckard said," A little not a lot like my brother though. Do you have any siblings?"

I said," Yes, a brother and a younger sister but I lost contact with them a couple of years ago. Were you ever in the military?"

He nodded and said," Yes but I'm wanted because supposedly I am too much of a risk to be loose, which is a load of crap. Would you ever consider going back to your siblings if they ever needed your help?"

I said," To be honest I've thought about it but then they didn't really try to call. So no I wouldn't unless it concerns them being alive then maybe. Do you have a sister, blonde little spit fire?"

He nodded his head smirking," Yeah, Tatiana. I assume you've crossed paths with her?" He asked.

I said," Yeah, her husband Brian was one of my friends from college. I was invited to their wedding. Though I didn't get to go because of my jackass ex. He was too controlling and I never really got to do anything."

Before he could say anything the waiter brought our food.

I can tell he had many questions so I just rolled my eyes and said," You can ask me all you want AFTER we finish eating alright?!" He nodded his head and began eating, I turned to see Letty blushing and Owen smirking.

Ugh, right here at the table, I thought to myself while shooting them a grossed out look.

"What's wrong love? You're looking a little scared ?" Deckard asked concerned.

" Er, nope I'm fine. I just remembered something terrifying." I said quickly while discreetly shooting Owen and Letty looks.

He nodded and went back to eating. Half hour later we were already eating dessert. Deckard decides to ask me one last question that will change my life as I know it.

"Do you ever want to get back with that ex of yours?" He asked with a serious face.

I answered honestly," There is no way in hell that I will ever go back to him, he prefers my sister more. Besides it's time for me to move on, I'm sure he did already."

And with that answer, Deckard Shaw smirked. That's when I knew he inserted himself into my life permanently, the scariest thing was, I didn't mind.
