Chapter 4

Alexis POV

*2 months earlier*

I sighed at my schedule I don't have my brother for any of my classes I will be alone. Blake wrapped his arm around my shoulder and smiled a little.

"Why so down Alex? It will only be a year or so don't frown."

"I know but still..." I said looking down "We've always been together this will be our first time apart." I felt like crying but I couldn't. Crying can harm us vampires in many ways.

'Vampire..who in their right mind will like a monster...' I thought to myself. Yes me and Blake are vampires. And sometimes it sucks. Wanting human blood, can't stay in the sun for long,stay away from water or we will burn. Yeah not that fun.

People say that I was nice which is partially true. I just don't want them to see the real me. The real me can be a total bitch. It's just a vampire thing were I think I'm better than everyone. Our parents were purebred vampires and they were the strongest,smartest,and quickest.

Then they decided to have me and my brother. We are twins only that Blake was born first by like 10 minutes then I came out. We have been training for the an important competition that will come up in a year.

But..something happened our parents died as we hide in a bush watching them burn in front of us. We couldn't cry or it will burn our skin. We couldn't feel anything period. We didn't have feels.

Then we entered a human school which a feast for us.

When I first entered my class room I just faked a smile and introduced myself.

'Something smells good...' I thought to myself and turned my head to the smell and lead me to a bit with pretty green eyes and almost blondish hair. He smelled so good like sweet candy.

'He will be mine...'

Of course it was easy for me to make friends cause I was the new girl who looked like a model. Everyone kept asking where I was from so I just lied and said I was from New Jersey which I have been there.

I also found a love for photography. I don't know why but I loved it. To capture a beautiful moment or even a sad moment. Even though I don't feel anything the pictures I took meant something to other people.

*A fee weeks later*

Blake and I headed to the woods to eat but he was catching the pray since I pick people who have sweet blood. I still haven't Samuel Whitesburg. He seems like a good kid and is in the football team. Impressive.

I started to feel weak. I haven't eaten anything for 6 weeks I was to busy with photography that I forgot to eat.

'Damn it Blake where the fuck are you..?!' I yelled a bit and fell to my knees. I needed something to eat or I'll go crazy. I started to feel my fangs come out and eyes turn red.

Then I heard a twig break and I saw Samuel on the floor. I could smell his blood.

'So sweet' I thought to myself and slowly got up and went over to him. I sat on him and ripped his shirt. I didn't care I just wanted his blood. Once my fangs were in his neck I felt...satisfied but it wasn't enough.

I bit him on both sides of his neck and three times on each shoulder and one on his chest. I wiped my mouth with the back of my hand and licked the blood off. I see Blake and his eyes widen.

"What did you do Alex..." He looked at me then at Samuel. And I noticed what I did.

"Shit!" I yelled and got off of Samuel. "Fuck I wasn't thinking. Oh God what am I going to do." I ran my hands down my face.

"Alex you know we are not supposed to bite humans more than three times!" Blake yelled at me

"I know you were taking so damn long Blake!" I yelled back pacing back and forth.

"Alright calm down let's take him home and tell him everything okay" he went over to Samuel and threw him over his shoulder.

'What the fuck am I going to tell Samuel when he wakes up? 'Hey Samuel I bit you nine times and that makes you mine cool' no not cool!' I thought to myself and me and Blake telaported home.

'I screwed up big time...'
