Chapter 20

You and Kai was in the kitchen table.

"So that's why you had to loan money from those loan sharks." you said.

"Ya.." Kai said.

"Your mom was ill that time and your dad had passed away long time ago and you did not had enough money that time." you refresh everything.

Kai nodded.

"I'm so sorry. I wish i could have help." you held his big rough hand.

"It's ok. It's not your fault." he said.

The two of you were having a long conversation and it was running late.

You were thinking and thinking about it when you felt Kai's head in your shoulder.

He was fast asleep.

You were shocked but you let it be.

You saw his handsome charming face and felt really sorry for him.

After some time you gently held his head and put it down in the table and put a blanket around him.

You were looking around the house and you went to the kitchen to check whether he was eating properly regularly.

You opened the fridge and saw it was empty. Only left with a crumble of bread and two eggs.

So next morning you went to the morning market to buy groceries and foods.

You went back home and made some side dishes that your mom taught you long time ago and made some chicken soup.

You arrive at his house.

You went to the door and knock.

But there was no answer, you slowly open the door and the door opened.

'What is he even thinking. He didn't even lock the door. It would have been a big trouble if the loan sharks came in.' you thought as you quickly lock the door as you went in.

You looked around and there was no one to be seem. So you went to the kitchen and took out the side dishes and the foods that you bought. You organise them into the fridge.

Someone suddenly grabbed your shoulder that you jumped and bumped your head to the fridge door.

"Ouch!!" you screamed.

"Omg I'm so sorry." Kai quickly went near you and touched your head to feel the bump.

The moment you saw Kai half naked you shouted.

"Omo Kai!! Where your clothes first!" you quickly covered your face with your hand.

Kai quickly went to wear his clothe and came back out.

"Wow Yuna what did you bring so much. You didn't had to do it." he said.

"I didn't do this for you. It was for me so I can feel relaxed." you said.

Kai laughed and pat your head.

"Wow my little princess is all grown up."

he said.

You looked at the time and you were quite late for alba so you quickly said bye and went out.
