1 year later LATER..
The doctor finally slowly cut the bandages and slowly unwraped it.
The doctor gave the mirror and Seohyun saw Yuna in the mirror.
"Make sure you don't get accidents like this again, Yuna. You could have been in a big trouble." the doctor said smiling.
The doctor went out and Seohyun slowly walked towards the big mirror.
There she saw..perfect face of Yuna.
'I will finally get what you always had and I will be successful.' Seohyun thought.
In the other side, you were still in a coma situation and the doctor said you might not be able to wake up.
Seohyun opened the door of your hospital room.
There was no one in the room.
Seohyun went closer to you and saw the shame of you lying down in the bed.
"Ha! What a great look. Look at yourself Yuna. Well at least the doctor made you look exactly like me. Well..I guess your now Seohyun. Seohyun the loser of her life. The girl from the poor family. This will be your life and besides the doctor said you might not wake up. So be thankful. I'm here to replace you." Seohyun said with a evil grin.
Outside the door..there stood Sehun overhearing everything what Seohyun was saying.
He felt shocked and quickly went away.
Seohyun went out and she went down to the elevator.
The elevator door opened and she saw her parents in the elevator.
Seohyun's eye wide opened and she froze.
"Yuna?" Seohyun's mum said.
"Um..good morning." Seohyun said.
"Well..come in." Seohyun's father said.
Seohyun went into the elevator and she saw her parents in a sorrow thinking that her daughter is about to die which she was Yuna.
"How can you do this?! " Seohyun's mother finally spoke up as she gave a death glare to Seohyun.
"How dare you be so shamelessly be healthly and normal when my daughter is still in coma!" the mother spoke as the father calmed her.
Seohyun started to tear and looked at their parents in a sorrow.
Seohyun bowed down and quickly went out of the elevator crying.
Outside the hospital was Yuna's parents waiting.
"Yuna! Oh why are you crying?" Yuna's mother said grabbing Seohyun.
"Nothing. It's just that I'm happy to be out again." Seohyun lied.
Yuna's mother quickly took Seohyun into the luxurious looking car and went to their home.
The moment Seohyun came out of the car she saw a huge large gate.
Seohyun went into the house and she saw a palace inside. Seohyun jaw opened and she looked around.
"Um..mom? Where is my room?" Seohyun asked.
"Honey? You joking? It's upstairs the side door." Yuna's mother said as she gave a concern look.
"Oh right. I thought you changed my room." Seohyun lied and went upstairs to Yuna's room.
When she opened the door to the room Seohyun saw how plain and simple her room was.
"Phsss...I thought the room would be a castle but it's just so plain." Seohyun complained.
Seohyun was sitting down at the chair as Yuna's mother came in.
"Here have some fruit." as she placed the fruits in the table.
"Oh yeah.By the way..are you still gonna continue 'alba' ( part time job in korea)." Yuna's mother said.
"What? Alba?" Seohyun said as she remembered Yuna was working in the cafe shop.
'Why do I need to do alba when I'm a princess.' Seohyun thought.
"Well..mom...I decided not to. Cause the doctor said I needed a plenty of rest." Seohyun lied again.
"Well..ok then..." As Yuna's mother went out.
