As Phil re-entered the kitchen in his small apartment he was supposed to find Daniela parents siting having a normal conversation. As if  nothing happens Phil went back to the food that abandoned in a haste. He would leave the talking to his partner and his parents.

He moved around the kitchen and eventually heard the small cautionary steps of his little. And soon you could see the tall boy standing in the door way. All eyes were on him and he held him self. The week had been long and was putting lots of stress on the boy.
Because he could not go in to little space the stress wore him out more.

Phil turned the food on low and decided to go to his partner,taking his hand pulling him farther in to the kitchen. With the island in between them Dan and Phil stood across from their guest. "I guess we should talk about the events of the weekend." Dan mumble and resisted the eager to lean on his daddy and let him wrap his arms around his small frame. While the eager was strong he stood on his own,his body tight and on edge.

Nodding Kathryn and Gavin sat in front of them with questions flowing through their head quickly. "Danial why do you call him daddy?" Kathryn was the first to ask this. While she usually tried to ignore her child's  privat life she was rather concerned.

Dan switched from one foot to the other trying to think of an explanation as to what he was doing. "May I?" Phil asked Dan hoping he could help though he didn't want to over step. Dan nodded a quick 'yes',he knew Phil was most likely more capable of explaining than he was.

He offered a small explanation as to what cgl is and his parents seemed to take it well." Is this a result of my parenting?"Kathryn plundered aloud.

"No,no of corse not!" Dan was quick with answers. The last thing he was to make his mother feel like a bad parent. "This is,because with all of the stress,anxiety,and pressure out on me I need a way to relax. I know it's pretty weird but when I'm in my head space all of the stuff that stress me out isn't so bad. I have nothing to worry about and life is easy for a little a bit." Dan said sheepishly,by the time he had finished his speech he was waning in to his partner who had their arm wrapped protectively around him.

Dan mother nodded understanding,while his step father looked more up. "You need to be a man!" He said loudly making Dan French and push into his partner. "First you're a...a gay and you're a toddler?" Gavin had spät the sentence so harshly Dan could feel it stabbing him. With each word he flinched. "You little F-" he started but was cut off by Kathryn shouting at him,while it scared Dan greatly he was happy his mother was saying something.
"Gavin,if you do not leave this house you will be going out the window. If I ever,ever," the second time the word was stressed as she crossed her arms,her voice filling with anger as she stared down the man that was her partner. "hear you speak to my child that way again you will regret it,are we clear?" She said in a deep voice that was rather terrifying.
Gavin took swallowed deeply and nodded. "Go." She said and the man scurried out of the house and his belongings. Wich was a good Choice,if he stayed any long he would have reverted it.

When the mother turned around she saw her son wrapped protective in Phil's arms as tears brim his eyes. He sniffled and pulled away from his partner who kissed his forehead. "I'm really sorry about that mom." He said as the tears finally released and streamed down his face. Dan felt so weak,but after the events he couldn't hold the feeling in anymore.

"Oh honey don't you worry one bit over that. Between y'all and me I was going to end things soon. That man child was getting on my nerves. I need me a man that can show his smarts not his strength you know?" she said with a laugh that made Dan and Phil smile a little bit.
Dan ran the short distance and hugging his mother who hugged back for a minute or so. When they pulled apart she wiped the tears off her child's face and smiled. "So tell me more about this cgl thing please. What is your role Phil?" She said look to feature son in law.
Dan giggled happily knowing that his mother was accepting,he lead them to the living room where they sat around. Dan of corse on the love seat with his partner underneath him. Phil was the first to speak "So really what I do is take care of Dan when he is in his head space." He said earning a nod from Martha. "He either random fall in to it or I'll put him in his head space. " he said eating a questioning look for Dan mother. He stoped to let her talk.

"How would you um out him in head space?" She asked sheepishly. Dan huffed did not liking that they were talking about him like he wasn't there.

Phil quietly told him to behave before answering the question "Well usually I'll use little stuff,I'll have him color me a picture or fix him little food and baby him, stuff like that," he said trying not to tell the woman too much,he didn't want to over whelm  her.

"Little gear?" She said looking at the boys. "This isn't sexual is it?" asked though she wasent sure in she wanted to know. Kathryn was definitely not interest in know her child sex life.

"No of corse not! Eww!" He said Waving his hands. "Little gear is like clothes, bottles,stuffed animals,and pacifier stuff a baby would use. " He said quietly as a blush covered his face.
Phil smiled at his littles cuteness and kissed his cheek.

"Can I see this little stuff? Or you in little space?" She said with a matching blush covering her face. "You can say not. Its just so I can not be as worried about you two doing.  I'm accept you both though." She said with a happy  smile.
The two boys couldn't contain their happiness as they stood. "It's late and this one need to eat and go to sleep. So it'll have to happen tomorrow." Phil explained and Kathryn nodded understandingly.

"Can I suggest that we going to build a bear tomorrow? They have the cutest holiday bares!" He said excitedly looking to his caregiver as they walked in to the kitchen. Phil and Kathryn couldn't help but smile at the young boy.

"I will think about it." Phil said and his little jumped up and down doing a happy dance in to the kitchen.
"Looks like we'll be going to Build-A-Bear store tomorrow." Phil said to Kathryn who nodded.
"You love him don't you?"
Phil couldn't thing think of the right words so else simply responded with

"More than anything."
