Archies Party

"So at least seven people have come, No one should have told him yet." Veronica looks at everyone in the eye, "Right?" She says louder than before. We hear a fighting of the door knob and everyone goes to hide around Archies living room. Me and Jughead hide behind his couch. "Do you think Arch will like the party?" Jug whispers. "Of course Juggie, why wouldn't he?" I say smiling. "Archies been kind of lonely these past weeks with the black hood and all, i think this could be good for him." I caress his face. "Sure I guess you are right about that." He whispers back. The door slowly opens and everyone swings their head to look at the door. 

I see a little wiff of red hair and we all stand up and yell, "Surprise!" Archie's face goes from bored to gleaming in seconds. "Woah guys, thanks." Reggie and Archie fist bump and Archie and I hug. "Do you like it?" V asks. "Yeah, It's awesome Veronica. You're the best." Then they hug. Archie talks to everyone in the living room and Jug and I talk in the kitchen. "I told you Archie would love it." I say leaning on the fridge. "It's just the Serpents and the north side have been fighting the whole week, at least this will take his mind off of it." He says thinking. "It's going to be ok Jug, We will resolve this." I say then hold his hand. He smiles, "I hope so Betts." His smile goes away for a second. 

"Chug Chug Chug!" I hear from the living room. I look up from my phone and see Archie upside down drinking from a keg. Reggie Mantle clearly lifting him up. Then a lot of in audible cheering from Archie and his possy. Veronica is dancing with Josie in the hallway. "Come on Betty! Get up! Dance!" Josie says over the music. "I- I really can't dance Josie." I say. "Come on Betts!" Veronica says and puts a hand out for me to stand up. I see Jughead in the corner talking to a girl in the back and instantly frown. "Fine." I say and grab Veronica's hand. I start dancing like i'm a second Veronica. "Here Betts, this will help you out." She passes me a cup and i chug it down. As i'm dancing i see Jughead staring at me concernedly.
