The next morning Rebecca woke to find Junior staring down at her. He smiled at her and she smiled back at him. He said good morning to her. It was weird because he never said on word to her til that Morning. She said Morning back in her soft voice.
He kept smiling at her. He had this smile that was very warming to her. She told him thank you for calming her down.
"You're Welcome"
He said still smiling at her. What's you're name? He asked. My name is Rebecca. Rebecca? That's a beautiful name. My name is Ted but everyone calls me Junior. Come on, let's go get breakfast.
"I take it you already knew who I was?"
He asked Rebecca. "Yeah i saw you on the news" my sister and I were watching the news". "Do you know what I did then?" He asked. She nodded her head yes.
" Do you know why I did what I did"? He asked. No she said. I did that stuff because I had a very hard life. Someone hurt you? Rebecca asked. My mother sexually abused me and she let men she sleep with hurt me. My dad used to beat the crap out of me.
"I'm sorry" she told him
Rebecca told Junior what happened that put her in Fiorina in the first place. Rebecca saw Juniors facial expression mix with the feelings of sadness and anger. He knew she didn't do anything wrong.
He asked if she had a boyfriend. She said she has never had a boyfriend. She never saw a functional relationship. He turned to face her. He movies slowly toward her and kissed her softly on her lips.
Junior became Rebecca's first boyfriend. It quickly spread through Fiorina. She felt like Junior was the only man she could trust.
