Thought I'd start it off with something cute and fun.  Here it is, all the little trolls in their version of the Primary program!!

Karkat was nervous.  This was his first grub program as an older grub.  He wanted to do his dad proud, but he was afraid he was going to fail.  He sat down on the stand next to his best friend Sollux, kicking his legs in his chair.

"Are you ready, KK?" Sollux asked.

Karkat scoffed.  "I was born ready, genius."

"Thuuuuuure you are." Sollux rolled his eyes, his lisp present.

"As if you're ready.  Do you even have your part memorized?"

Sollux nodded, grinning triumphantly as Karkat sputtered.  Then he grinned, "It's not about bees, is it?"  Sollux pouted.

Someone tapped Karkat on the shoulder.  He turned around.  There was Terezi.  "Are you guys ready?"  They both looked at each other and nodded, and she smiled.  She was sitting next to Vriska, who looked very ready, and very pretty in her new blue dress.

The bishop got up to start talking, and Karkat's heart started racing.  He snuck a peek at the paper in his pocket, hoping he could remember all that he'd wanted to say.  He'd written the part all by himself, because he was a big grub now, and he didn't need his dad's help.

The piano started playing, and all the grubs stood up.  They sang, and then sat down.  The younger grubs gave their parts.  They stood up and sang another few songs, with a couple more groups of grubs in between.  Then it was his classes' turn.

Vriska ran up to go first.  "I'm thankful for my mom.  Even though she can be a little scary, she helps me choose the right in her own way.  She knows what's best for me."  Vriska's mom wasn't in the crowd, but if she had been, she wouldn't have looked happy.  Karkat shuddered.

Nepeta went next.  She had refused to take off her favorite hat, no matter how hard the teachers had tried to get her to take it off.  She quietly muttered something into the microphone, looking really nervous.  Equius stepped closer, and she got a little louder.  "... and I'm thankful for my hat, because when I get nervous or when people say bad words, I can hide under it.  Amen."

The congregation chuckled, muttering an amen.  Equius spoke too close to the microphone, and it screeched.  Nepeta started crying, and Equius stopped to hug her.  He began again.  "I am thankful for robots, because they help me choose the right, because when I get mad at something I punch them instead of a real troll."  He stepped down.

Terezi stood up, winking at Karkat and Sollux.  She waved at the congregation.  "I'm thankful for Pyralspite, because he helps me choose the right because I can throw him at annoying people."  She skipped down, going to stand by Vriska.  The congregation laughed.

Tavros wheeled up, and the bishop lowered the stand down for him.  "I'm thankful for Vriska.  Even though it was an accident, she made my legs not work anymore.  But now, I can choose the right by being closer to the ground to pick up things people have dropped, and I can pet dogs a lot easier!"  Vriska blushed, and smiled as Tavros wheeled over to her.

Aradia stood up next, bouncing.  "I'm thankful for dead things, because I can study them, and it reminds me of the past, and it helps me choose the right because my mom doesn't like them inside a lot because she says they smell, so I leave them outside."

Kanaya stood up.  "I am thankful for clothes.  They help me choose the right because I compliment people on their clothes, and it makes both of us feel good inside."  She stepped down, and flashed a smile for the first time that day.

Eridan stood up, wringing his hands.  "I am thankful for w-w-water.  It uh, helps me to choose the right, because it's uh, it's w-wet, and I can drink it and it helps me not feel nervous."  He shakily stepped down.

Feferi stepped up, and they had to lower the stand for her; she was too short.  "I'm thankful for being short, because it helps me choose the right because I can smile at people more, and they see it easier!"  She stepped down, and hugged Eridan.  He smiled.

Karkat started to do rock paper scissors with Sollux to see who'd go last, but then the door opened, and the missing grub ran up to the mic.

Gonna end it here for today guys!
