Training With the Tiger

OMG I'M SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IT

Owlpaw's POV

"Owlpaw time for training!" Willowstar calls for me.

"Coming." I tell him as I bound out of the apprentice den.

"Copperfire are you training your apprentice today?" Willowstar asks a coppery-red tom.

"Yes we were just heading out. " The tom replies as I see the cat who I noticed at the ceremony.

"Owlpaw, meet Nightpaw." Willowstar introduces us.

" Nice to meet you Nightpaw." I say trying to be polite.

"Nice to meet you too." he says.

He talks to me as we head to the northern woods.

"I hear you're from the Horse Place. Is it true?" He asks

"Well, technically I am originally from Thunderclan. My mother was born and raised as a Thunderclan warrior and once I was born she left to become a kittypet. I didn't like it there so my mom tried to take me back to Thunderclan but they shunned us and sent us away, so once I got older mom and I became loners. Then mom died and I caught a rabbit. That's when Eaglepaw and Robinfeather found me and ..., well you know the rest." I explain to him.

"Cool, so your technically a Thunderclan cat .... wait then who are you loyal to!" He says his fur bristling .

"I'm loyal to Windclan, I mean Thunderclan didn't accept me when it wasn't my choice so why would I be loyal to them?" I reply.

"Oh ok it's just my mom always told me that Thunderclan cats were dirty cheaters." He replies

I purr in amusement." Well I don't know about that but my mom was the best, well I Guess every kit thinks that but even though she wasn't in a clan she still taught me the warrior code. I miss her I mean Mistflower's nice but I miss my real mom."

All of a sudden a voice whispers through the wind saying "Be careful of who you trust the tiger will strike be ready Owlpaw."

"Did you hear that?" I ask Nightpaw.

"No, what did you hear?" he replies.

" N-nevermind it just sounded like someone said something about a tiger." I quickly reply.

"Oh well don't tell anyone but my ancestor was Tigerstar I'm not proud of it because they said he was evil and I don't want to be recognized by that. You don't recognize me like that do you?" he asks finally.

" Nightpaw I will recognize you for what you do not what your ancestors have done I promise." i reply as we enter the camp.
