I met someone in Norway while trying to forget you. I was in this small café that served their cinnamon tea just the way you love it. I was trying to catch up on all the homework and studying I'd be missing while here. When he approached me, I didn't think much of his flirting. I guess somewhere deep inside, I still believed I was yours.
Then he asked me on a date, Lincoln. I haven't gone on a date with anyone let alone a stranger ever since you. And I almost said no, but I quickly remembered how you'd easily moved on with Chelsea. Perhaps it's time I try to move on, too. He seems like a really sweet guy and he has a smile I can't keep my eyes away from.
So I said yes.
Yes to Jon.
Yes to moving on.
Yes to forgetting you.
