Hakeem had crumbled up paper everywhere. He had a severe case of writers block. He couldn't write a rap to save his life. He diddnt know why. He feared he lost his mojo. He's been really focusing these days on Bella. Believe it or not be really enjoys being a father.

That little girl has his heart in the palm of her hands. She held all the keys. He wished he was allowed to see her more. Yes he said allowed. After she was born Anika gave him strict visitation rules.

He hated them. He should be allowed to see his daughter as he pleases. He can't take her anywhere. Anika thinks he's immature and not ready to take Bella for weekends. The only time he gets to really hang out with Bella without a shadow is when his mom takes her for the weekend. Hakeem stays with his mom while she's there.

With all that going on he hasn't released or finished a song in 4 months. He's beside his self. His lyrics used to flow smooth but now he can't find the passion.

"What's the problem boy?" Cookie spoke looking around the studio. She walked up to where he was sitting. His head in his hands he looked troubled to her.

"What the he'll did you do to my studio?" Lucious snapped it was an utter mess.

"Keem baby what's wrong?" She asked softly rubbing his head motherly.

"NOTHING'S FUCKING WRONG!" He snapped standing up. Realization hit him hard. His eyes damn near popped out his sockets.

"Mama im sor..." He tried to rush out but he was to late. Cookie smacked him hard in the back of the head. He whined rubbing his head as she picked up his notebook.

"You hit hard." Hakeem muttered still feeling the effects of her hit. Lucious walked over to Hakeem.

"What's going on?" He asked sternly demanding and answer. Hakeem sighed plopping down on the couch. He looked up at his parents. He hated moments like these. The two of them were a tag team. Sure they get stuff done but, if you fucked up you got two different people yelling at you.

"I'm stuck man....I don't have any passion. I used to rap like it was breathing. I lost my mojo. I'm so stressed." Cookie sighed sitting down with him. Laying his head on her chest she hugged him. She was in full mother mode as she rubbed his back.

"Stop treating him like a baby." Lucious needed his son to grasp that this was life. You have pitstops and fumbles but, you keep on going. Cookie glared at Lucious.

"He is my baby. Shut up. You just being salty." She snapped at him. Cookie knew he needed a hug. Nothing hurts more than not being able to see your child when you want to.

"Listen go home. Take a bath. Play some instrumentals and shut everyone out. Cause you know what I think?" Lucious spoke shooting paper balls in the trash can.

"What?" Hakeem asked.

"I think your lying. You got some lyrics in you. You're afraid to let out. Maybe because it's new for you. Real deep. Real truth." Lucious's words hit him deep. There was something there he had yet to write down. Maybe his mind refused yo do as told unless he let that in him poor free.

" Mom can you play that track for me?" Hakeem spoke hopping of the couch determined. He had something to get off his chest. She nodded and he walked into the both. Pushing the music stand to the side.

"I wanna hear it Hakeem. Let it flow. Freestyle. Tell me how you feel. Be honest Be 100% real." Lucious coached sounding like a father at a football game.

"Ready?" Cookie asked over the intercom. Hakeem nodded closing his eyes as the beat glowed through the speakers. He allowed his self to get lost in the music.
