You walked quickly towards the large building, your hand tightly wrapped around Calum’s. You two had just had a day out together and now it was time for his show. ‘Can I have a picture?’ A young girl asked, her small voice finding it very hard to be heard over the screams of others fans surrounding you. Calum immediately stopped, kneeling down to get to her height. He smiled and posed for a picture before the screams went to a new level. Queues of girls were asking for photos, screaming Calums name. He looked up at you and you sighed nodding, knowing the fans were important to him. You stood aside watching as he took pictures, the smile never leaving his face.
You didn’t notice the guy standing next to you until he started speaking. ‘Can you help me please?’ He begged his voice shaky, you looked quickly at him and he was shaking. ‘Oh my goodness! Are you alright?’ You asked and he shook his head, ‘What’s wrong?’ You asked and he took a deep breath before speaking. ‘I don’t know where my daughter is!’ He said looking petrified, you mouth fell open. ‘She ran off and now there is this massive crowd and I-I can’t lose her.’ He said and you nodded touching his arm for comfort. ‘C’mon I’ll help you find her.’ You said walking towards the crowd but he stopped you. ‘Oh no, I don’t think she went there. I think she went hat way.’ Pointing opposite the crowd, you nodded slowly. ‘Are you sure you don’t want me to check?’ You asked and he shook his head, his face looked close to tears. You shook off any bad feelings you had about this story, just wanting to help the man find his daughter. ‘Where do you think she went again?’ You asked walking away from the crowd and he pointed towards the road.
You were walking down towards where he thought he lost his daughter, he was telling you the story over and over until his voice became less shaky. His body wasn’t hunched over anymore, it stood up straight. He wasn’t shaking or crying, in fact there was happiness in his face. ‘Have you seen her?’ You asked looking around when you felt a tight grasp on your arm. ‘Ouch that hurts.’ You said trying to shake him off. ‘I didn’t think it would be that easy.’ He hissed as you found yourself being dragged towards his old rusty car. ‘No, no no.’ you repeated panic struck in your mind once you realised your stupidity. His evil laugh escaped his lips as he easily snatched you away. Calum was still in sight though, giving you a chance to be noticed. ‘Calum!’ You shouted as loud as you could, your screams echoing around you and hopefully towards him. ‘Why would a rich ass want to save you?’ he spat and you pulled your arm, ‘That rich ass is my boyfriend.’ You spat but he still didn’t let go. His eyes widened, but you kept screaming hoping the fans would notice. Fans started looking around, you could barely see them but you just hoped the noticed.
‘Calum what’s he doing?’ Some girls asked squinting their eyes. Some people started walking towards you, not realising what was going on. Calum looked up looking for you but you were gone. ‘Calum!’ The girls shouted pointing towards you. He could only see two figures, one struggling greatly. His eyes widen when he realised it was you, feeling so stupid for not looking before. He immediately stopped what he was doing running towards you. Some fans ran after him, trying to help but no one was fast enough. You were shoved in a car and up the road by the time he got remotely close. He shrank down, tears escaping his eyes as his guilt over took him. His body shook as he realised what was happening, the actual fact that you were gone and it wasn’t a nightmare.
