It's really cold... I don't like it... Stop...
I've always hated the ocean. The way it can grab you, and you disappear.
I've seen it before. The torture the water brings, you can barely resist it. You can fight, but you can never win. You're fighting the water. It's not alive. It's restless.
I stood there watching everyone having fun, running with their family. But, isn't it fall? Shouldn't they be at home, cleaning? It still confuses me. It's so different, even though we're on the same continent, I feel like each side is at least a thousand kilometers away.
I turn around, heading away. Where do I go? I'm quite lost, but I'll find my way. CatDog. It's quite a weird name for a cafe.
I'm still learning English, and surprisingly, Korean too. It's the same peninsula, but two different views, different dialect, and different people.
I continue walking, until I reach yoke street; which I turn left on. After a few more of these turns, I arrive.
He's sitting in a booth, in the farthest corner from the door. "Are you Park Jimin?" He looks up an answers with a mocking tone, "If you didn't know what I looked like, then how did you know where I was?" I sigh, putting the loose strands of hair in my face behind my ear.
I sit down opposite of him, trying to avoid eye contact. A waitress comes, and asked for our orders. She was tall and skinny, probably around 170cm, and was wearing tight clothes.
Jimin didn't seem to notice her terrible, in my opinion, flirting skills. After she walked away, Jimin looked at me. "How tall are you?"
"162cm?"
"What's your weight?" This one made me quiver a bit.
"45kg..." He smiled at this.
"Don't you think you're a little skinny?" I looked at him. What does he mean? "I don't understand," He sighed shaking his head. I couldn't deny it, he was pretty cute. "I'm going to ask a lot from you, Chaeyeon." He looked over at me, almost with a look of hunger.
"I understand." He looked at me and smirked, "Do you now?"
The House
It's quite a big home, quite larger than anything I've ever seen.
"There's seven of us here, and there are about 20 other maids, and butlers." Seven? "Who else is here?" He looked over and smiled, "You'll see,"
He parked the car, it's also very nice. I have never seen anything like this.
He grabbed something from the back, and beckoned me to follow him.
I had mixed feelings about this house. I couldn't understand why. He led me into a large room, where there was someone else there.
He had rounded bangs and was very pale. "Yoongi, say hello," He looked up and seemed to search me with his eyes, "Hey," I don't know what made me blush. The wink or him licking his lips. "Is everyone here?" I seemed to have found my voice, after momentarily losing it.
"Is that her?" Yoongi seemed to stare down Jimin, which made Jimin smirk. "What do you th---"
My question didn't even need to be answered, five boys walked through the door.
They were all really handsome, so I looked at the ground. It's okay... you can't get in trouble, you're safe... Yoongi seemed to notice me panicking, and stood up. He walked to stand beside Jimin, and I barely heard him whisper "I'll take care of you, don't worry."
Part of me thought that I was just imagining things. But, the other part believed what I heard.
"Introduce yourselves," Jimin sounded annoyed, because they had all been standing there staring.
"I'm Kim Seokjin, I'm 25 the old---" but before he could continue, "I'm Hoseok!" Then came, "Hey, I'm Kim Namjoon, nice to meet you, I'm—" Before he could finish, "Don't mind him he thinks he's superior to humankind----" He stuck his tongue out at Namjoon, "---I'm Taehyung, I am 22!" A younger looking one stepped forward and smiled, "I'm Jungkook..."
I was torn, but I knew I shouldn't be. They won't hurt you... Why do I feel like this?
I wasn't torn between the boys, but with myself. I've been In the South Korea a year now, but I'm still not used to everything. I feel sick.
How can I trust them?
