Alex was still worried about what happened yesterday yet at the same time she was beating herself up over the fact that it isn't a big deal and she should just forget about it. After a few minutes of torturing herself with negative thoughts, she finally just let it go and moved on. Alex met up with Rae at the park and started listening to music while eating snacks they brought from home.

Rae: "So how you holding up?"

Alex: "I'm fine now thanks" she said calmly and truthfully

Rae: "That's good. I told you, you were gonna be okay"

Alex: "yeah thanks"

Rachel: "Hey guys"

Rae: "Oh hey"

Alex: "H-hey Rachel" Alex was shocked to see Rachel at the park because Alex and Rae usually has the park to themselves on friday

Rachel: "Hey uhm can I join you guys?"

Rae: "Sure anyone's always welcome..right Alex?"

Alex: "Yeah sure."

Rachel sat down in awkward silence hoping Alex isn't mad about the other day when she didn't come.

Rae's POV

I'm not the type of person to let anyone in because every time I let people get to know me they either take advantage of it or something else, but Alex is my best friend and I do whatever I can to make her happy. Right now though, It's a different story because I feel like Alex didn't want me to say what I said. Hopefully this all blows over.

Rae: "I'll just leave you two some space to um..talk" After that she walked to the other court and started to play basketball.

Alex: "So uh how are you?"

Rachel: "I'm fine thanks. What about you?"

Alex: "I'm well."

Rachel: "I'm sorry about the other night I was helping my mom with something so she made me stay in."

Alex: "Oh really?"

Rachel: "Yeah sorry if I worried you."

Alex: "No it's okay. My mom does the same thing to me sometimes."

Rachel: "Oh okay" She said with a little giggle

Alex: "Yeah so don't worry about it"

Rachel: "Okay then"
