Lonzo

I pulled up to the crib in my icey white G-wagon. That's my baby, I call her Becky. Home sweet home, at last. I was happy to finally be back at the "Ball Estate", as my father called it, because I missed my family. Unlike all the other UCLA students, my year started this summer. We did 3 a-day practices this summer so that didn't leave me a lot of time to spend with my dad and my bros. Plus, my mom hadn't been feeling well and I was concerned about her. I'm her firstborn and it killed me that I wasn't around for her when she needed me.

I hopped out the whip and noticed that a silver Jaguar was parked in my space. My girl was here. Sigh. I was used to her popping up unannounced and was even cool with it for the most part. But not today. Today I just wanted to lay back and chill with my parents and brothers.

I didn't even get out the car good before Denise sprinted out the front door and jumped on me, wrapping her legs around my hips.

"Ow ow ow D, shit..." I said wincing in pain. I untied her legs from around waist and prompted her to put her feet on the ground. She complied but kept her arms around my neck.

"What's wrong baby?" she asked, knitting her brows in confusion.

"I'm sorry," I apologized, "my fucking legs are just killing me."

"Oh. Well, come on Zo!" she exclaimed, grabbing my hand and dragging me to the door.

I could barely even keep up with her. My thighs and calves were literally on fire from the suicides I did in practice earlier. Coach was thisclose to making the whole team run due to my tardiness, but I managed to convince him to only punish me.

When I walked in the door, just about all my family and friends from The Hills were scattered around our spacious living room.

"SUUUUURRRRPPPPPPRRRRRISEEEE!" they all screamed as Denise and I made our way into the room.

I laughed and put my arm around Denise's shoulder.

"You guys really surprised me, wow!" I said.

The food from the kitchen smelled heavenly. I would know that smell anywhere. Las Cascadas Mexican cuisine. My mother must have had them cater for the shindig. Our living room was decorated baby blue with yellow accents. The baby blue banner read, "Welcome home Lonzo". My family was always so supportive and I appreciate how much energy and effort that they invested into me, not just today, but over the years. This hoop dream I had was finally coming to fruition and everyone here tonight contributed to my success in some shape, form, or fashion.

My family and friends were all laughing and chatting around the house. Two waitresses pranced around the room with a tray of mixed drinks, wine, and different types of Tequilla. Denise grabbed a shot of patron off the tray and knocked it back like a real one.

I chuckled and winked at her. Shit got real whenever she was on that patron.

She smiled at me seductively , "soooooo, I'm not gonna hover. I want you to enjoy your time with your family. But later tonight...I want my time." she said in a serious tone.

"Babe, I really am sore. I can barely even walk, let alone---"

She placed a tiny finger over my lips, cutting me off.

"Don't worry baby," she took a step closer and stood on her tippy toes. After wrapping her arms around my neck, she whispered in my ear, "you won't have to move a muscle with what I have planned for you."

Her voice dripped with sex and I wanted to carry her upstairs and wear her ass out. It had been a minute since I had any. I had been completely focused on getting ready for the season and being the best I could be for NBA scouts, which didn't leave much quality time for my girl. Denise understood and I respected her for the space she'd given me to make my dreams come true - our dreams. We went through our ups and downs but I loved Denise and wanted to share my world with her when the time was right.
