<So just an A/N, this chapter will have a bunch of jumping back and forth between Emmett and Maverick's P.O.V.>

"Bella." Before I could flash to her, Emmett's hand on my arm pulled me back.

"They need time." Carlisle' s voice came out soft and low, I understood and hopped back up into the kitchen table.

"Do you really think-" Esme's words were cut off by me.

"Yeah. She's a newborn." As soon as she had awoke, I could see her again. My visions showed me her new, crimson eyes. The color of her skin paling. Her hair had a new shine to it, not the dull color of when she laid dead, not dead but dormant.

My eyes had just started to change color, turning from the crimson of a newborn to a slight amber, but not fully golden like the rest.

I was working on my thirst, learning how to control it but I still had some trouble.

Renesmee's crying broke me from my thoughts and I went to her, picking her up out of her cradle, and carrying her through be house.

I sang to her as I walked, my voice soft and quiet enough so that only she could hear me. But I was in a room full of vampires, no matter how quiet I got, they would always hear me.

My thoughts were the only thing I had to myself, and that was only when Edward wasn't around.

But sometimes they weren't all good.

Alice ran over just as I saw it, and grabbed the baby.

My body froze and instead of looking through the glass at the woods and animals surrounding our home, my vision clouded.

I saw Rosalie, standing with the Volturi. Beside Aro, she smiled at something I couldn't see before leaning down and kissing Aro. My body shuddered and I knew this was bad news.

I read Aro's mind and knew his plan, but Emmett's hand brought me back.

"Maverick, baby what's wrong?" I ignore him and look to Alice.

"Did you see it too?" She nods and we flash into Carlisle's lab, the rest of the family following.

"Will somebody tell me whats going on?" My hand intertwines with Emmett's, and he calms, looking over to me.

"Alice."

"I know. He'll make you choose."

"I can't."

"Then you have to go, you have to get as far away from here as possible. Make them believe you left."

"What? No. Leave?" Emmett looks shocked and confused.

"We have to tell him, Maverick." Alice has a persuading tone to her voice and I finally give in.

"Baby you can tell me."

"I know I can, I just didn't like the idea of it."

For a moment I pause, but Emmett's grip on my hand gives me the strength.

"Rosalie- Rosalie is with the Volturi." At the mention of her, Emmett's grip tightens and he looks down. I pull myself closer to him and he looks up to me, his eyes showing nothing but love.

"I read their minds and they're using each other. Rosalie is bargaining my life for you and Aro is bargaining your life for me."

Everyone looks confused and I continue.
