 9:03 pm

My eyes crawl across the dimly lit house, much smaller than the ones in Norway. especialy near the main base.

"It's not too fancy, but it's home." Edd chuckles, gesturing me a seat at one of the arm chairs.

I wave him off, shifting in my place, then remembering, "Uh, Ed? Sorry, I mean Edd, what about the other in the car?"

"Matt!" Edd yelps, dragging the other male outside to help him retrieve the forgotten friend in the car.

I watch from the window, seeing the two men quickly pull out the sleeping ginger from the car and carry him- may I add, like he's a feather- back to the small house. Peeking back out the window lightning strikes near the home, pulling a collection clouds of his wake. The lighting scaring Edd, almost making him drop the ginger.

Running inside, Edd trys to place Matt carefully down on the couch, but not able to, as Tom chucks Matt on the couch. Startling, and waking him.

The man sits up, rubbing his head, then running his hand through his hair. But then he looks up at me.

"Wh...who? Edd? Edd !" He yelps frighted. "There's someone in our house!"

"No Matt. That's Tord! His car broke down so we deiced to help him!"

"You did." Tom snorts, leaning off to the side.

Matt lifts himself off the couch to make his way over to me, delicately shaking my hand.

"Welcome Todd."

"Tor-"

"Well now!" Edd interrupts, clasping his hands together loudly. "Now that the introductions are done, we should all get some rest! Tom, show Tord to the extra bedroom?"

As soon as Edd leaves with Matt To groans, mumbling something under his breath about 'him always being stuck with dumb stuff'. Or something like that."Follow me."  He says gruffly, leading me down a hallway. He stops at the end of it and opens an old-ish looking door. I stare at it for a moment, at the small confined space of the bedroom. In Norway, it might have as well have been the size of a closet.

"What the hell are you waiting for?" He says, pushing me into the room and shutting the door.

"Hva gjør du?" I say stiffening my voice and standing up before him.

"What?" Tom, says confused, due to his lack of Norwegian. "Whatever just..." He sighs continuing, "Look, I'm not here to play nice, and i'm not trying to be nice. I'm doing this for the sake of my friends. We may not be the best of people, but you probably aren't either. Your the one who needs to play nice. If you hurt my friends, in any way, you won't see the light of day. Hear that?"

I nod my head, glaring at him, but soon turning around and onto the bed.

"Get out." I whisper coldly, as I watch him stumble out of "my room" and out into the hallway.

---Tom's POV---

Where have I seen them before?

Those icy eyes?

A/N:

Schools been kicking my ass and I'm always so stressed out lately. But Today marks the begging of thanksgiving break for my district! So I should be able to get a few chapters for both my books out!

Thanks for understanding!
