A N/ okay this is in the Doctor’s pov and I apologise if he is a bit OOC. Review please!

The Doctor stared intently at the screen, it was hard to concentrate with Jack and Ianto making lovey dovey noises in the back ground. They were sitting on the bed holding hands, Ianto practically sitting on Jacks lap. Rose had gone to get some aspiration from the little kitchen in the hub, complaining of a headache. “okay Ianto there are something’s that you need to know, but first I need to do a x-ray. Will you follow me?” but when Ianto stood up he cried out in pain and fell to the ground groaning.
Jack was immediately at Ianto’s side “Yan?... Yan are you okay?” “Guess there is no need for a x-ray then.” “What is it Doctor?, What’s wrong?” “Well Ianto’s body has not moved in a month. So his muscles have wasted” the Doctor replied helping Jack lift Ianto back on to the bed “... also because of being dead for so long Ianto lost a lot of his brain cells but the rift energy is actually fixing that. So in a way Ianto is regenerating. Hold on wait here.” Then the Doctor ran inside the tardis and Rose came along “I heard someone scream, is everyone okay?” she had a worried expression on her face “it was Ianto he fell, nothing to worry about.” “I did not scream, I simply yelled” Ianto protested. Jack laughed and started to rub circles on Ianto’s back. Rose smiled and sat down at the top of the steps, looking at something on her phone “so I am going to be stupid and I won’t be able to walk, great... that’s just great” Ianto sighed deeply and leaned into Jack breathing his aroma “don’t worry Yan we will get through this, I promise.” Ianto then leaned up and kissed Jack. The height difference was a problem so Jack compromised by leaning down Ianto could reach. Then without the two men noticing the Doctor came back pushing in a wheelchair. The Doctor looked up to see the two men kissing passionately, he coughed but they didn’t seem to notice. He tried again, and once again no reaction. He proceeded try again and again, until he started to look like he was Having a fit. When he looked up from his dedicated coughing show, Both Rose, Ianto and Jack were staring at him with their eyebrows raised. He smiled at them as if his actions were completely normal. The Doctor then nudged the wheelchair towards Jack “there you can use that for now, but you are going to need some serious physiotherapy in order to use your legs again.” Then he motioned Rose to follow him and walked back to the tardis
“So Doctor what are you up to now, still travelling?” No I’m working in a shop, what do you think captain obvious! “Yeah it’s great” “I miss it sometimes, but now I have other things in my life like the wedding.” Yeah keep talking like this isn’t awkward for either of us “yes I’m happy for the both of you” then the sound of Ianto and Jack’s laughter ran through the control room. “they are so happy, it’s a wonderful thing you did for them Doctor. You are a great man a great man and I’m sure you will find someone one day.” Then she patted him on the arm reassuringly. Every time I have someone they either die or choose to stay away “I think I will be fine, thank you though for your concern Rose”. “Always Doctor”
The Doctor walked out of the tardis then and towards Ianto and Jack “I’m going to bring Rose back home now. Maybe.... you two would like to come. Then we could go for a quick trip” Ianto’s eyes lit up with excitement “really we can come with you, I mean... in the tardis” “Sure you only live once well apart from you two” Ianto was smiling wildly, then he looked up at Jack pleadingly “can we?” “Sure, why not”. Then Jack took off his coat and helped Ianto to put it on. The Doctor smiled, Jack’s coat was quite big on Ianto compared to when it was on Jack. Then Jack lifted Ianto bride style into the wheelchair. “allons’y!!” cried the Doctor and he ran into the tardis, Jack laughed and quickly followed pushing Ianto along. Dropping Rose off was quick and kind of awkward. Rose started to cry a little hugging the Doctor, Jack and Ianto. Even though she and Ianto barely new each other. John looked rather jealous but he hid it well.
Then they were off again. To Ianto’s utter amazement and joy the tardis was everything he had hoped and thought it would be. The wonderful box so deceiving on the outside was huge on the inside. When the tardis finally stopped the Doctor walked towards Ianto smiling, whilst Jack tried to straighten himself out (the ride had been very bumpy, with not only one but two immortals inside the tardis) “where are we?” asked Ianto “nowhere special just a bar on zolax, we don’t want to much excitement you have only been alive for a couple of hours mind you” then the Doctor opened the doors and stepped out. Jack and Ianto quickly followed. It was a colourful bar with bright lights. The three men found a table and the Doctor ordered some drinks. The three men had a great night of exchanging stories and jokes.
The Doctor dropped the two men back at Ianto’s apartment (once Ianto had died, Jack couldn’t bear to sell it so he had kept paying the rent) and the men bid their goodbyes “till next time” were the Doctor’s leaving words. Jack and Ianto both got ready for bed, Then they just lay there, Ianto resting his head on Jack’s shoulder. Both enjoying the comfortable silence, then Jack broke the silence. “Yan, can I ask you something?” “Yes anything Jack” “what is it like... you know being dead” Ianto took in a deep breath and looked up at Jack “You don’t want to know Jack, I know you think you do but you don’t” “please Yan-““no Jack... maybe I’ll tell you someday but right now I just want to forget, I’m sorry.” “its okay Ianto, don’ tell me if it makes you uncomfortable.” Ianto smiled up at him and kissed him, and then he rolled over and went to sleep. Jack smiled down at him and snuggled down under the covers and went to sleep.
A N/ sorry if the Doctor is a bit OOC and that there is a bit of Rose bashing I just don’t like her character very much. The next chapter will be up soon reviews please.
