It was Lillian's first day to her new school, and she was very nervous, who would she talk to?Who would hate her?Who would be nice to her?She had endless thoughts flowing through her mind.
"You're going to be fine,"Lillian's mum,Cathy,Says to Lillian as she drives down the road soaked with rain.
"Mum,"Lillian sighs,"I'll have nobody to talk to,"Lillian says,as she leans against the window,"I just can't do it,"she says, and fiddles with her fingers.
"Sweetheart,if someone doesn't want to talk to you that's their problem, all you need to do is be yourself,"Cathy says, and looks at her daughter,"you can do this Lili,"she continues,"lets just hope you have a good day,"Cathy finishes, and Lillian sighs.
"Fingers crossed,"Lillian says, and shows her mum her crossed fingers.

"Name?"The lady asks, typing away on her computer not even sparing a glance at Lillian.
"Lillian Baker,"Lillian replies, and the lady hands her a timetable.
Lillian glanced at her first subject, maths.Lillian groaned and almost threw her books.
She had advanced maths.'Were these people sane?'Lillian thought,as she entered the empty hallways.
"New student right?"A boy, probably in her grade, asks,Lillian nods.
"Yeah,I'm Lillian,"she says,and the boy smiles.
"I'm Brad,"he says with a warm schedule.
"I'm in all of your classes so I was asked to show you around, and take you to your classes,"he continues, and Lillian smiles.
"Thank you,"Lillian says relieved she wouldn't have to experience the first day alone.
"Honestly no problem it's not often a new girl comes here,"he says,"a cute one too,"he finishes and Lillian blushes while laughing."Now,we should go to class,"he says and guides Lillian down the hall to the class.
He knocks on the door, and a middle-aged women opens the door.
"Hi I'm Mrs.Cara,"the lady says, and opens the door wider.
"I'm Lillian,"She introduces, and steps through the door, but of course she had to cross her fingers...For good luck of course.
