CHAPTER ONE
I stared at myself in the mirror 'what terrible hair' I thought, I was about to go to Kate's birthday party, Kate was my bezzie back when I was normal...
"You ready?" asked my brother, Zack, who was driving me to the party. My mum was perfectly willing to drive me but Kate had a bit of a crush on Zack and asked that, instead of a present I ask my to brother to drive. Naturally I bought her a present aswell.
"Almost!" I shouted "But a word of warning for when you get married, never put a girl under pressure when she is getting ready!" I added
"Thanks for the tip!" he called,I was finally ready, three and a half hour it a taken me!
I rushed downstairs, my baby sister, Mary, was painting an 'elephant' looked more like a scribble to me. I kissed her and my mum, Janette, and clambered into the car.
"Number 5 Alister Road please." I mocked.
"Yes ma'am." Zack grinned. We didn't normally get along so well but today was special.
We where getting closer to the house when I saw. Standing outside Kate's balloon covoured house was Kate. But not the normal, cheery Kate, but it was the very occasional, crying Kate.
