Aria's Pov
We have been driving for hours on end and I was starting to get tired
"Can we pull off somewhere and sleep" kait asked yawning
I nodded and pulled into a little clear space surrounded by trees
We leaned our seats back and fell asleep

"WAKE UP"someone pounded on our doors
I quickly sat up and saw 3 big wolves around the car
"GET OUT" the one at my door yelled
We looked at each other before opening the doors and stepping out
Because of the different amount of power radiating off of them I figured out it was a beta and two thirds
"Why are you on our land"one of the thirds asked asked
"We ran away from our pack"kait said confidently
That is untill they looked into each other's eyes
In the blink of an eye he had kait in his arms and let out a possessive growl
The other two stopped looking at them and turned towards me
"Why"one of the third in commands asked
"My mate was um... Alpha, he rejected me...and um...kept doing it..causing me pain and she" I pointed towards kait"convinced me to run away...mainly for me but she came up with the idea"
I inhaled slowly and kept from almost crying
"Well I'm sorry to hear that but your on our land and you can't leave without seeing our alpha"the beta said
"Okay"
We grabbed our bags and followed them back there pack house
While on out very akward walk we learned the beta's name was Dorian and he was the alphas son
The third in commands we're brothers and there names were Dominic and Derick
Dominic was kaits mate
When we finally reached the house we were receiving glares and people were whispering
We reached a big door and Dorian pushed it open
"Father"
The alpha looked up and I lowered my head in submission
"You may sit, I am alpha Dre Reiter"he said gesturing to the chairs
I sat down whole kait was stuck standing because Dominic wouldn't let her go
"We found them on the east side of the land in a car"derick said
"Why were you on our land and who are you"he asked sitting straight up
"I'm Aria starlight and we ran away from our pack because I got up rejected by my mate who is also the alpha,then he I'm started acting really protective,then he had sex and I couldn't be around him without pain anymore so we ran"I said looking down
"Please look up"he asked
I looked him straight in the eyes
"Where are you going"he asked calmly
"We don't know we were just running"
Then he asked the question that shocked me
"Do you want to join my pack"
