Riverdale's Wild Ride

Prologue

  Things in Riverdale had gotten..messy. The Serpents had a particularly sadistic method of handling problems and Jughead Jones is about to find out about this method of, well, let's say persuasion.

  With everything going on in this small town, what else could possibly go wrong? The answer, a shit ton. Jughead Jones, Betty Cooper, Archie Andrews, Veronica Lodge, and Mindy Opal were all at their regular booth on a near freezing cold Friday night, all having a milkshake. Mindy had soon become involved in the ritualistic milkshake meet at minimum two times a week, not including the separate meets with Jughead for a double decker cheese burger once a week to hear all of the Serpents recent involvement in Riverdale. All of Mindy's friends have grown up in Riverdale, with the exception of Veronica, but Mindy had only her aunt that she had not seen in years, which she moved in with on the Southside. The morning of Mindy's sixteenth birthday the girl had a bombshell dropped on her, her biological father who she had never met, was living in Riverdale. By the time the afternoon came Mindy was on a plane out of Alabma heading to Riverdale to hopefully meet her father. She had no information on him, only her mother's description of a man from 16 plus years ago; shoulder length hair, green eyes, and a tattoo of a snake. The girl's mother, Helen, couldn't even remember his name considering at the time her mother was very badly strung out on meth, which caused her to lose custody of her daughter until Mindy the child's fifth birthday.

  Mindy came to Riverdale at a rough time, Betty was fighting her battle with the Black Hood, Jughead had just officially joined the Serpents, and the town as a whole was in turmoil. The only normality the group of friends had left was their meet ups at Pop's and they were not about to give that up, but everything is about to change.
