Dan's POV

Me and Phil were sitting in the lounge scrolling through Tumblr on our laptops when I get a notification from my phone.

I get up and check it to see who messaged me. I unlock my phone and see it's from Louise. 'YouTube party at my place tonight at 6! You and Phil are invited ;)' It says.

Louise is one of the only people that know about my little crush on Phil, other than Chris and PJ. She's been trying to secretly hook us up for a while now, and it hasn't gone anywhere.

"Who was that?" Phil asks. I get snapped out of my thoughts and say "It was Louise. She says she's having a party at her house at 6, which is" I stop to look at the time. "in 2 hours. Wanna go?" I ask. "Sure." he replies, closing his laptop.

I type back to Louise 'Me and Phil are coming' and send it.

I go in my room and put my phone down, going into the bathroom to take a shower. Once I get out, I go into my room and put on some black skinny jeans and a black plaid shirt.

I check my phone and see another message from Louise. 'Great! See you guys soon!' I smile at her message and set it down, plugging in my straightener. I walk out to see Phil in the hallway without a shirt on, walking out of his room.

I feel my cheeks heat up and I quickly look at the ground. "Hey Dan, have you seen my plaid red shirt?" he says, looking at me.

I look up, my cheeks getting hotter. "Didn't you wash it yesterday?" I ask, thinking. "Oh yeah! Thanks Dan!" he says, walking towards the laundry room. I sigh, continuing to get ready.

"C'mon Phil! The taxi is waiting outside for us! You were the one who wanted to go to this party!" I yell, waiting for Phil at the door. "I'm putting my shoe on!" he yells back. "I'm do- WOAH!" I then hear clattering and an "Im ok!" I chuckle to myself as he gets down the stairs. "Finally ready to leave?" I ask, opening the door. "Finally ready." he says laughing.

We get in the taxi and I tell the driver where we need to go. I look at the time and turn to Phil. "We made it with about 30 minutes to spare." I say with a slight chuckle. "Really!? That's the earliest we've gotten ready!" he says. I laugh at his enthusiasm. "Especially for a party." I say.

The rest of the ride is a comfortable silence, and we arrive rather quickly. We walk up to Louise's door and I knock. "Coming!" I hear over some music. The door opens and Louise opens the door in a pink dress. "You made it! And rather early too I might add." she says with a chuckle while hugging Phil, then me.

We walk in and I see PJ, Chris, Zoe, and some others. "Hey Dan! Hey Phil!" PJ says while Chris waves at us. "Hey guys!" Phil says "Hey" I say, walking towards them. "So, how's it going?" Chris asks. "Good, we've just been busy." Phil says. "Yeah, busy doing nothing." I say. We all laugh. "Hey Phil, come here! I want you to try this!" Louise says, gesturing Phil to go over there. "Ok!" he says, walking over there. "Perfect." Chris and PJ say at the same time.

I look at Chris and PJ confused. "Why-" I get cut off by PJ saying "We're trying to get Phil to confess." "Confess?" Chris cuts in "Yeah, Phil told us he likes you too, but he's too shy to tell you." My eyes widen. Phil likes me? "Phil likes me?" I almost shout. Chris and PJ puts their hands over my mouth. "Well, yeah, but you don't need to shout it!" Chris whisper yells. "Sorry." I say when they move their hands off my mouth.
