"Happy birthday Jungkookie!!" Jimin ran up behind Jungkook and hugged him from behind. His friends Hoseok and Taehyung also giving Jungkook birthday wishes. "Come on let's go celebrate!" Jimin pulled the younger out of the school with Hoseok and Taehyung following beside them. Hoseok was older than Jimin, but he knew him through his Eomma so it didn't really matter if he never saw him in school. And Jungkook knew all of Jimin's other friends. He treated them as his friends.
"Hey, Jimin I have to get home, but I'll see you guys tomorrow? I'm sorry I can't stick around for your birthday celebration Jungkook." Taehyung said.
Jungkook turned, "That's okay hyung, I understand. Get home safe."
Jimin, Hoseok, and Jungkook continued walking. "Can I ask where we are going to celebrate?"
"No, it's a surprise Jungkookie!"
The further that they walked, the more Jungkook got suspicious on where they were going. His ideas were all getting shot down as they continued walking. When they finally stopped, they were on the basketball court, and Hoseok had a ball.
"I heard you were good at basketball Jungkook. Would you like to play a game and have some fun?" Hoseok started bouncing the ball and spun around Jungkook, shooting the ball into the net smoothly. Taunting Jungkook. Jimin laughed, as he knew Hoseok was going to lose this battle. Just as the elder of all three boys gave Jungkook the ball, he had made a mistake. Jungkook quickly moved closer to the net and did a layup. Ball going in without even touching the rim.
As Jungkook and Hoseok were playing basketball, Jimin walked across the street to a cake shop and bought a chocolate cake with candles for Jungkook. He walked back over to the court after paying the man 6,000 won for the cake and candles combined, and of course asking the man to light the candles as he didn't own a lighter himself. Jimin started to sing happy birthday as he got within earshot of Jungkook. The younger turned around and smiled so happily. He walked to Jimin as he put the cake on the park table.
Jungkook took a deep breath and blew out all the candles, making a wish.
"Did you make a wish Jungkookie?"
"Of course did hyung."
"What did you wish for?"
"If I told you it won't come true. So I can't tell you Jiminie," Jungkook smiled his bunny-like smile. That made Jimin smile even more. Hoseok laughed behind them because of Jungkook's unwillingness to tell his wish to Jimin.
"Come on let's go, I'll walk you home Jungkookie."
All three boys started walking towards Jungkook's house, the sky started to let small white snowflakes fall. It was unbelievable because it was the beginning of summer, but maybe it was a sign that it was going to be a good month?
"Happy birthday Jungkookie."

When the three boys arrived at Jungkook's home, they were all covered in snowflakes, from head to toe. They each took they're coats and bags off and hung them to dry on the hangers.
"Happy birthday my beautiful baby boy!" Jungkooks eomma said, as soon as they had all settled themselves on the couch. She handed him a big box. The younger immediately started to rip open the wrapping paper. Uncovering the brand new Mac Book. "I know that you've been needing a new computer for editing your songs and stuff so I figured I'd save up a bit of money and get you one for your birthday."
"I love it so much, thank you." The boy stood to hug his eomma. Jimin felt bad about his gift, it wasn't nearly as awesome as a Mac Book. But he held out the present for Jungkook anyways. Jungkook carefully unwrapped this one, peeking inside the wrapping paper ever so slowly. Like it meant the world to him. He smiled and pulled the present out of the package. It was a small necklace, with a little bunny on it.

After Hoseok and Jimin had left, Jungkook got his new computer all set up. The first thing he did was go to Instagram, and make an account. He knew that Jimin had an account and he wanted to follow him and see his pictures. He searched up Jimin's username 'ChimChim' and pressed the follow button. Almost five minutes later, Jimin accepted his request and followed Jungkook back. The first picture Jungkook saw on Jimin's profile was of the two of them together. Captioned "I love my best friend!" He smiled so wide.
Jungkook typed out a comment.
"I love my best friend back."
