If your afraid have some one that has done this before practice with you and make sure your doing something you love so if you have trouble remembering the words then read them out loud don't sing it just say it
Listen to the song over and over instill you are a record keeper which means instill you have the beat
What I also like to do vocal warm up when I go high notes I like yo do them over again and agin instill my voice can have the right pick and I do the same for a low note and to practice with
