Chapter 41

Ananya pov:

I was to my cabin and I got a call from Naina. I lifted the call and about to speak.

"Ananya.... Emergency..Come to ICU..", she said and disconnected the call.

Immediately I rushed to the ICU. I was shocked seeing the patient.
My Mother in law. She was in a pool of blood.. I felt my legs getting weak.. I took the support of the Wall. Tears started rolling down my cheeks.

"Andy... please calm down. She will be fine. You should be strong", Naina said consoling me.

"Did you called Dad?", I asked her. "Yaa.. they are on the way", She said and took her to operation theater and I followed her.

God!!! Please save her.. I prayed to God.

Andy...I don't want you to do this operation. I heard naina's voice.

"Why?", I asked her.

"You can't do this... see how your hands are shivering..", Naina said and I looked at my hands.

She is right...I can't do this.. I thought.

They started operating and I came outside. I saw my family who were in tears.. I can't see them like this.

"Dad she will be fine. Don't lose your hope. Nothing will happen to her", I said controlling myself.

My eyes were searching for Arjun. I don't know how to control him. Mom is very close to him.

I saw him near the window. I went to him and kept my hand on his shoulder.

Arjun pov:

I was in my office and I heard my phone ringing. I looked at the called Id. It was my dad.

"Hello Dad...how are you?", I asked him.

"Arjun....", he said in tears.

"Dad... what happened?", I asked him getting up from my chair.

"Arjun....your Mom met with an accident", He said shocking me.

"What?", I asked him.

"Come to CityLights Hospital", He said and disconnected the call.

I collapsed on my seat and I felt tears in my eyes. Nothing should happen to her. I wiped my eyes and rushed to the Hospital.

I saw my Dad who was in tears.

"Dad.. ",I called him controlling myself. He hugged me and broke down..

"Nothing bad is going to happen ... Mom will be fine", I said consoling him.

"I can't imagine a single day without her. I can't live without her.",My dad said.

"How this happened?", I asked him.

"She went to temple.. while returning she met with an accident ",Arvind said with teary eyes.

"How is driver's condition? ",I asked him.

"Mom was driving the car..", my dad replied shocking me.

"What? How can she drive without proper knowledge? ",I asked them.

"Just... leave it Arjun... pray for your Mom", Babhi said holding my hand.I nodded my head.

Nothing should happen to Mom.. She is the only one who can understand my feelings.. There are many times where I failed.she is only the one who believed me..I can't loose her. I need her to guide me.. I need her to show me a right path.. I closed my eyes and prayed for the best to happen.
