Scary/creppy story(short)

It was late at night when I was watching a scary movie. After it was done I was browsing the web for some summoning ghost things. I was the type of person that did now believe in summoning spells or paranormal things,but I still wanted to investigate what was all the talk about. I searched up how to summon a gateway between the living and non-living.In the website it only said to say these following words out loud "Other side open up a gate to the above ground.Take me with you and knock on my door 3 times.Take my spirit as a sacrifice for me seeing the other world , if not I am willing for insanity to see the unknown.Open now.Bring insanity or take my soul." After saying these words I heard nothing at my door,no knocks or whispers. After all of that I gave up and went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night around 3am by the sounds of 3 knocks at my door.i went to check who it was and all I saw was a man in a black cloak standing at my porch ,and whispering in a foreign language I did not understand. What he had said put me in a trance and made me imagine yells of people yelling for help in a dark room where they were being tortured. I went back to sleep and woke up the next day thinking it was a dream.I went to go to work and I kept imagining the same sounds and people at work,so I started yelling and trying to make it stop. One of my coworkers said I kept saying "they're trying to get me to o in the gate! Help me! Make it stop!". This whole thing got me creeped out of course.I started seeing and saying the same thing over and over again.again.and again. I was soon found myself in the corner of my room with bags under my eyes and my bones noticeable due to the fact I haven't eaten or slept during the whole thing. I am stable right now since one of my friends took me to an asylum and they're feeding me and putting me to sleep. After all of this I still see and hear that ,but I have learned to ignore all of this. I now believe in the paranormal and I am more paranoid because of this. I feel like writing this down might make me feel better since maybe others have experienced the same. Now I know to never doubt the paranormal or the summoning spells I find.
