Today I'm gonna give you some fool-proof suggestions on to maintain your sanity in the middle of exams

- Get some rest the night before. Try put your notes under your pillow, I heard that works for drama students. Don't stay up all night revising.

- Eat. Food is important. Also, drink a load of fluid! Even bring a water bottle into the exam, if you're allowed.

- Find a balance. You can't just revise for the whole exam period, male time for some fun! Your balance may be different from mine, but...I don't revise :)

- Don't stress. Walk into the exam with a clean and open mind, and relax a little! Remember, your A-Levels are the thing your employer will be looking for, not GSCEs!

- Only do what you can do. School is constantly stressing us about targets and grades, but don't worry about it! Even if your very best is a 4/C, that's a pass!

- Set your own goals. Don't stress about what other people will think! The only true person you can disappoint is yourself.

- Find an effective stress relief method. Gaming, going for a run, even singing in the shower is a good relief methods! And remember, if your school offers some stress relief methods, check it out.

- Don't do revision marathons. It will stress you out even more. Remember to take frequent breaks, and drink a lot of water.

Of course, these are just ways I deal with exam stress. Your methods might be completely different, and I understand that. Everyone is different after all. These are just suggestions.
