MochaWave asked me to explain Neo.
The thing Mocha wanted me to explain the colours. The answer is because I wanted to and because I like the colours together. I changed the colours to pastel because my favourite colours are all pastel colours and all colours. Neo is one of my shorter OCS and is one of my characters that prefer walking on two legs. Neo has three hoodies a space sprint one, a white one and a pastel rainbow one. She also has earrings she wears sometimes. (I wish I could take my earrings out right now). Neo has one eye as a slit because it represents me staying on my Ipad for too long. Neo has a long fluffy tail that she trips over all the time. If you want me to explain another OC comment.
